Treatment of Bleeding gums

Thorough and regular cleaning of your teeth is considered to be the most effective method of treatment, rather than any particular toothpaste or mouthwash. You should clean your teeth after each meal and before going to bed at night.

It can also help to cut down on sugary food, especially sweets, chocolate and fizzy drinks, and to stop taking sugar in tea or coffee.  A regular visit to your dentist is also a good idea.
