Prevention of Bunion
Make sure you wear comfortable, well fitting shoes that enable you to move your toes. It is a good idea to have your feet properly measured – many people find they are wearing the wrong size shoes. Regular foot measurements are particularly important for children, whose feet grow quickly and need room to develop without being obstructed.
