Symptoms of Irritable hip
Symptoms usually develop quickly, and begin with strong pain and limited movement in one of the hip joints – it is rare for both hips to be involved. In some cases the pain can spread to the thigh, groin and knee. Walking or even standing may become very uncomfortable.
Irritable hip symptoms usually last for 1–2 weeks and then clear up just as quickly as they developed.
