Diagnosis of Knock knee

Measuring the distance between the ankles when the knees are gently touching will assess the extent of the knock knee. If the gap is less than 10 cm at the age of four, it will normally correct with growth.

An x-ray may be used to identify any underlying problem causing knock knee.
