Treatment of Noonan syndrome
There is no single treatment for Noonan syndrome. Treatment focuses on the problems that occur.
Treatment of heart abnormalities depends on how serious the condition is. If there is a major structural defect or blockage to blood flow, surgical treatment will be required. These operations are usually very successful.
Medical treatment may be advised for heart failure. However, the pumping efficiency of the heart may improve over time.
