Complaints of Root canal treatment

All dental practices must have a complaints procedure that is available to patients. If you are unhappy about the service you have received from your dentist, you should first contact the surgery and try to resolve the situation with the dentist in question.

If you are not satisfied with the response from your NHS dentist, you can ask for a conciliator to be brought in, or for an independent review of the situation to be held. If this does not resolve the issue, you can contact the health service ombudsman who will follow up your complaint.
