Diagnosis of Trichomoniasis
Diagnosis is usually made by testing a sample of the vaginal discharge in a laboratory. Sometimes, other sexually transmitted infections (STIs) may be tested for at the same time.
Diagnosis can be made by consulting your GP or by arranging to go directly to a genitourinary medicine (GUM) clinic.
