Treatment of Abscess معالجة الخراج

See your GP if you have an abscess because it may need to be drained of pus to stop the infection spreading. انظر طبيبك العمومي اذا كان لديك الخراج لأنه قد تكون هناك حاجة الى ينضب من القيح لوقف انتشار العدوى. This is particularly important if you have another condition such as diabetes, cancer or AIDS, or if your temperature goes over 38.3ºC (101 F). ويتسم هذا باهميه خاصة اذا كان لديك وثمة شرط آخر مثل السكري والسرطان او الايدز ، او اذا كانت درجة الحراره اكثر من نافلة 38.3â درجة مءويه (101 و).

You may need a small operation to open the abscess and let the pus drain out.  A tube or strip of rubber called a drain may be left in the abscess to stop it from healing over. Once the procedure is complete, the wound should heal in 14 days or less. قد تحتاج الى عملية صغيرة لفتح الخراج وترك استنزاف القيح. انبوبة من المطاط او الشريط يسمى نزيف ويمكن ان يترك في الخراج لمنعه من اكثر من تضميد الجراح. الأجراء مرة واحدة كاملة ، وينبغي ان الجرح في الشفاء 14 يوما او اقل.

It is also possible to drain abscesses by inserting a fine plastic tube, called a drainage catheter, into it through the skin, with only a tiny incision. ومن الممكن ايضا الى نزوح الدمامل بادراج غرامة انبوبة بلاستيكيه تسمى الصرف القسطره ، الى انه من خلال الجلد ، مع وجود شق صغير جدا. This procedure is called percutaneous (through the skin) abscess drainage. ويسمى هذا الاجراء percutaneous (من خلال الجلد) الخراج الصرف.

You can have a local anaesthetic for most operations to drain abscesses on the skin. يمكنك الحصول على مخدر المحلية بالنسبة لمعظم عمليات نزوح الى خراجات على الجلد.

Sometimes an abscess forms its own drainage track to the surface. وفي بعض الاحيان الخراج اشكال الصرف الخاصة بها في طريقها إلى السطح. This is called a sinus and tends to be permanent unless both the abscess and the track are removed surgically. ويسمى هذا الجيب وتميل الى ان تكون دائمة ما لم يكن كل من الخراج وتتم ازالتها جراحيا المسار.

Antibiotics are only effective if the abscess wall is broken down. This is because they cannot penetrate the abscess wall the fight the infection inside. المضادات الحيويه لا تكون فعالة إلا إذا الخراج الجدار موزعة. وهذا لأنهم لا يستطيعون اختراق جدار الخراج الكفاح داخل الاصابة.

A more complicated operation is needed to drain an abscess from inside the body. عملية اكثر تعقيدا وهناك حاجة الى وجود نزيف من الخراج داخل الجسم. The techniques vary, depending on where the abscess is in the body. التقنيات باختلاف فيها الخراج في الجسد.
