What to do of Accidents and first aid ما الذي ينبغي عمله من الحوادث والاسعافات الاولية

Put your safety first and deal with any danger. ضع السلامة أولا وقبل التعامل مع اي خطر. If it is safe, apply first aid and dial 999 for an ambulance if necessary. وإذا كان المأمون ، تنطبق على الاسعافات الاولية والاتصال الهاتفي 999 سيارة اسعاف اذا لزم الامر. First aid can involve anything from dressing a small cut, controlling bleeding in large wounds, or providing cardio-pulmonary resuscitation (CPR) for a person who is not breathing and whose heart has stopped beating. الاسعافات الاولية يمكن ان تنطوي على شيء من تضميد قطع صغيرة ، والسيطرة على النزيف في الجروح الكبيرة ، أو توفير وانعاش القلب والرئتين (الممثلين الدائمين) لشخص ليس من التنفس والقلب الذي توقف الضرب.

The following advice is not intended to replace professional instruction in first aid and resuscitation (CPR). التالية المشوره لا يقصد به ان يحل محل المهني في الاسعافات الأولية والانعاش (الممثلين الدائمين).

The recovery position انتعاش الموقف

The recovery position ensures that an unconscious person maintains an open airway that the tongue cannot be swallowed, and any vomit or fluid will not cause choking. انتعاش موقف يضمن ان يحافظ على شخص فاقد الوعي مفتوحة الحنجره ان اللسان لا يمكن ان يكون البلع ، والقيء او اي سائل لا تسبب الخنق.

Ensure the person is lying on their side, supported by one leg and one arm. ضمان الشخص هو الكذب من ناحيتهم ، بدعم من ساق واحد و ذراعا. Keep airway open by tilting their head and lifting the chin. تبقى الحنجره مفتوحة عن طريق امالة الرأس ورفع الذقن.

If the airway is not open and the person is not breathing, begin resuscitation ABC. واذا كان غير مفتوحة الحنجره والشخص غير موجود في التنفس ، يبدأ الانعاش اي بي سي. A-airway B-breathing C-circulation الحنجره أ - ب - ج - التداول في التنفس

Airway خط جوى

Breathing التنفس

If opening the airway does not cause the person to begin to breathe spontaneously, artificial respiration must be started: واذا فتح الحنجره لا يسبب للشخص ان تبدأ على التنفس بصورة تلقاءيه ، والتنفس الاصطناعي ويجب أن بدأت :

  • Tilt their head back, lift up the chin, and pinch the nostrils together. امالة الرأس الى الوراء ، حتى رفع الذقن ، واقرص الخياشيم معا.
  • Take a deep breath and seal your mouth over the other person’s mouth. تأخذ نفسا عميقا وختم فمك على الآخر personâ € ™ ق الفم.
  • Breathe slowly into the person's mouth, and check that their chest rises. ان تتنفس ببطء الى فم الشخص ، وتأكد من ان ترتفع صدورهم.
  • Repeat until the person starts breathing or until assistance arrives. اكرر الشخص حتى يبدأ في التنفس او حتى وصول المساعدة.

Circulation توزيع

If there is no heart beat and no pulse (ie no circulation) and if no trained medical help is available, start 'external chest compression'. واذا لم يكن هناك اي وفازت القلب نبضة (اي عدم تداول) والمدربين وإذا لم تتوفر المساعدة الطبية ، ويبدأ الخارجية للضغط الصدر '.

Place the heel of hand on the middle half of their breastbone, and the heel of the other hand on top of the first. وضع اليد على نقطة الضعف في منتصف الشوط من عظمة الصدر ، ونقطة الضعف ومن جهة أخرى وعلى رأسها الاولى. Lock the fingers and keep off their chest. لوك الاصابع وتبقى من صدورهم.

Burns الحروق

The burn should be cooled with cold water. فان الحرق ينبغي ان تكون مع تبريد الماء البارد. Cover the burn with a sterile dressing of non- fluffy material (not cotton wool), cling film, or a plastic bag. تغطية تحترق عقيمه تضميد من المواد غير منفوش (وليس القطن والصوف) ، تتشبث فيلم ، او كيس من البلاستيك. Do not put creams on the burn. لا تضع على حرق الدهون. Seek medical help for the burn unless it is very minor. التماس المساعدة الطبية لحرق ما لم يكن ذلك ضءيله جدا.

Poisoning التسمم

Put the person in the recovery position if they are unconscious, call 999 and ask for an ambulance. وضع الشخص في استعادة الموقف اذا كانت فاقد الوعي ، والدعوة الى 999 وأطلب سيارة اسعاف. Do not give the person anything to drink unless a health professional advises. ولا تعطي الشخص أي شيء للشرب ما لم الصحة المهنيه المشوره. If there are no symptoms consult the poisons unit at your local hospital. اذا لم تكن هناك اية اعراض التشاور مع وحدة السموم في المستشفى المحلي الخاص بك.

Electricity الكهرباء

Turn the electricity supply off. بدوره من امدادات الكهرباء. Initiate resuscitation ABC if the person is not breathing and call an ambulance. بدء اي بي سي الانعاش عن الشخص اذا لم يكن في التنفس والدعوة الى سيارة اسعاف. Seek medical help unless the shock is very minor. التماس المساعدة الطبية ما لم يكن صدمة طفيفة جدا.

Drowning الغرق

Once the person is on land, initiate resuscitation ABC, if the person is not breathing. الشخص مرة واحدة على الأرض ، والشروع في احياء اي بي سي ، اذا كان الشخص ليس في التنفس. If the person is unconscious put in the recovery position. اذا كان الشخص فاقد الوعي في وضع الانتعاش الموقف. Call an ambulance immediately. الدعوة الى سيارة اسعاف على الفور.

Bleeding النزيف

Apply a clean dressing to the wound with firm pressure. تنطبق نظيفة لتضميد الجراح وطيد مع الضغط. Raise the wound (if there are no fractures) to decrease the flow of blood. رفع الجرح (اذا لم تكن هناك كسور) الى انخفاض تدفق الدم. Seek medical help for the bleeding unless it is minor. التماس المساعدة الطبية لنزيف ما لم يكن قاصرا. Wrap any severed body part eg a finger in a plastic bag or cling film, wrap in soft material and keep cool. لف الجسم من جانب اي قطع اصبعه على سبيل المثال في كيس من البلاستيك او التشبث الفيلم ، في لف المواد الناعمة وتبقى باردة. Preferably place in ice; never put the severed body part in direct contact with the ice. ويفضل في الثلج ؛ لم يضع القطيعه الهيءه للمشاركة في اتصال مباشر مع الجليد.

Heart Attack قلبية

If breathing and heartbeat stop, call an ambulance and initiate resuscitation ABC immediately. واذا توقف التنفس ونبض القلب ، والدعوة الى سيارة اسعاف والشروع في احياء اي بي سي على الفور. If the person becomes unconscious, but is breathing, place in the recovery position. اذا كان الشخص يصبح فاقد الوعي ، ولكنها في التنفس ، في استعادة الموقف.

Fractures الكسور

If the person is unconscious or has difficulties in breathing or is bleeding severely these should be dealt with first. اذا كان الشخص فاقد الوعي او صعوبات في التنفس أو ينزف دما بشدة هذه ينبغي ان تعالج في المقام الأول. Do not move the person and gently support the injured part by hand until help arrives. لا نتحرك الشخص بلطف ودعم المصابين الجزء يدويا حتى وصول المساعدة.
