Symptoms of Actinomycosis اعراض مرض الحارش

The first stage of the condition is usually the formation of a hard lump of tissue and contraction (tightening) of the muscles around it. المرحلة الأولى من شرط عادة ما يكون من الصعب تشكيل حكومة المقطوع من الانسجه والانكماش (تشديد) من العضلات حوله. The infection progresses to form an open draining sinus. وبتقدم الاصابة الى شكل مفتوح لتصريف الجيب. This is a rut or tunnel in the tissue where pus is produced and an abscess (a gap or bubble filled with pus and dead cells) is formed beneath the skin and lump. هذا هو الاخدود أو نفق في الانسجه حيث ينتج القيح والخراج (وجود فجوه او فقاعة مليءه القيح والقتلى الخلايا) تشكل تحت الجلد والمقطوع.

The surrounding tissue swells up and thin pus leaks through narrow passages called sinuses onto the surface of the skin. الانتفاخات والانسجه المحيطة بها حتى ورقيقة القيح من خلال التسريبات ممرات ضيقة تسمى الجيوب على سطح الجلد. The sinuses also drains yellow granules, tiny lumps of bacteria. وقد تستنزف الجيوب ايضا حبيبات صفراء ، ضءيله من كتل البكتريا. These are called sulphur granules, not because they contain sulphur but because they are a similar colour to sulphur. هذه تسمى حبيبات الكبريت ، وليس لأنها تحتوي على الكبريت ولكن لأنها هي مماثلة للون الكبريت.

The abscesses may involve the mouth, neck, chest or abdomen, but are commonest around the jaw. الدمامل قد تنطوي على الفم والعنق والصدر او البطن ، بل هي الاكثر شيوعا حول الفك. For this reason the condition is often called ‘lumpy jaw’. لهذا السبب ان الشرط هو الذي كثيرا ما يسمى â € ~ العقدي jawâ € ™.

Other symptoms include: وتشمل الاعراض الاخرى :

• Swelling in the head, face or neck, تورم في الرأس والوجه او الرقبه ،
• Fever, حمي ،
• Weight loss. ونقص في الوزن.

There will usually be little if any pain. سيكون هناك عادة قليلا اذا كان اي الم.
