Diagnosis of Addison's disease تشخيص داء اديسون

The diagnosis is made on the severity of the symptoms and by measuring the levels of cortisol and aldosterone in the blood. التشخيص على شدة الأعراض وقياس مستويات وaldosterone cortisol في الدم.

A common test to determine this is an adrenocorticotrophic hormone (ACTH) injection. مشترك اختبار لتحديد هذا هو adrenocorticotrophic هرمون (هرمون) الحقن. ACTH controls the amount of corticosteroids that are released from the adrenal glands into the blood. هرمون يسيطر على مبلغ القشريه ان يتم الافراج عن الغدد الكظريه في الدم. An ACTH injection would normally cause a sharp rise in the production of cortical hormones. وهو حقن هرمون عادة سبب ارتفاع حاد في انتاج الهرمونات القشريه. In people with Addison’s disease there will be a very minor reaction, or no reaction at all. مع الناس في addisonâ € ™ ق المرض سيكون هناك رد فعل بسيطة جدا ، او اي رد فعل على الاطلاق.

Blood tests can also show low levels of sodium and sugar (hypoglycaemia) in the blood and high levels of potassium, which are indicative of Addison’s disease. ويمكن ايضا ان تحاليل الدم تظهر مستويات منخفضه من الصوديوم والسكر (hypoglycaemia) في الدم ومستويات عالية من البوتاسيوم ، والتي تدل على addisonâ € ™ ق المرض.
