When should it be done? متى ينبغي ان يتم ذلك؟ of Amniocentesis من amniocentesis

Amniocentesis is usually done at or after 15 weeks into the pregnancy, most commonly between the sixteenth and twentieth weeks. Amniocentesis عادة القيام به في أو بعد 15 اسبوعا في الحمل ، والأكثر شيوعا بين السادسه عشرة والعشرين اسابيع. It can be done earlier than 15 weeks, but this is avoided if possible because of the greater risk of causing miscarriage or of producing club foot in the baby. يمكن القيام به في وقت سابق من 15 اسبوعا ، ولكن هذا هو تجنب اذا امكن بسبب زيادة مخاطر التسبب في اجهاض او للانتاج القدم في نادي الطفل.

It can also be used in late pregnancy to assess for anaemia in babies with Rhesus factor disease. ويمكن استخدامها ايضا في اواخر الحمل لتقييم لفقر الدم في الاطفال مع القرد عامل المرض.

Another diagnostic test, called chorionic villus sampling or CVS, can be carried out slightly earlier than amniocentesis (from about 10 weeks).  It carries the same level of risk but rather than testing the amniotic fluid, instead tests tissue from around the site of the placenta. آخر الاختبار التشخيصي ، ودعا chorionic الزغبه اخذ العينات او السير الذاتية ، يمكن القيام بها في وقت سابق من amniocentesis قليلا (من نحو 10 اسبوعا). انها تحمل نفس المستوى من المخاطر ولكنها بدلا من اختبار amniotic السائل ، بدلا من الاختبارات الانسجه المحيطة بموقع لل المشيمه.
