Symptoms of Amoebiasis أعراض amoebiasis

Around one in ten people who are infected with amoebiasis become ill from the disease. فى حوالى واحد من عشرة اشخاص مصابون amoebiasis يمرضون من المرض.

The symptoms are not usually severe and may be mistaken for diarrhoea. أعراض ليست شديدة وعادة ما قد يكون خطأ الاسهال. They include: وهي تشمل ما يلي :

• pain when pressure is applied over the liver, just under the ribs on the right side, الألم عند الضغط على مدى الكبد ، أقل قليلا من الأضلاع على الجانب الأيمن ،
• loose stools, فضفاضة المقاعد ،
• stomach pain, and ألم في المعده ، و
• stomach cramps. تقلصات في المعده.

Amebic dysentery is a severe form of amoebiasis.  The symptoms of amoebic dysentery include: Amebic الزحار هو شكل من اشكال حاده amoebiasis. اعراض اميبي الزحار وتشمل :

• severe stomach pain, ألم شديد في المعده ،
• blood and mucus in the stools, and دم ومخاط في المقاعد ، و
• high temperature or fever. ارتفاع في درجة الحراره او الحمى.

Rarely, the infection invades the liver and causes an abscess. نادرا ، عدوى يغزو الكبد ويسبب خراج. Even less commonly, it spreads to other parts of the body, such as the lungs or brain. حتى اقل شيوعا ، وينتشر الى أجزاء أخرى من الجسم ، مثل الرئتين او الدماغ. If the disease has caused liver abscesses, there will be: وإذا كان المرض قد تسبب خراجات الكبد ، وسيكون هناك :

• fever and weakness, الحمى والضعف ،
• pain in the right shoulder, الم في الكتف الحق ،
• nausea, الغثيان ،
• jaundice, اليرقان ،
• loss of appetite and وفقدان الشهيه
• loss of weight. فقدان الوزن.

Sometimes an abscess may burst upwards through the diaphragm into the lung and the contents can be coughed up. وفي بعض الاحيان قد تنفجر صعودا الخراج من خلال الحجاب الحاجز الى الرءه ويمكن ان تكون محتويات ساعل.

Symptoms usually develop one to four weeks after infection. الأعراض عادة وضع واحد الى اربعة اسابيع بعد الاصابة.
