Causes of Amoebiasis اسباب amoebiasis

Amoebiasis is caused by a single-cell parasite called entamoeba histolytica.  The parasite burrows into the wall of the intestine to cause small abscesses and ulcers. Amoebiasis هو الذي يسببه طفيلي وحيد الخلية يسمى entamoeba histolytica. الطفيلي الجحور الى جدار الامعاء ان تسبب الدمامل والقرحات الصغيرة. From there they enter the veins of the intestine and are carried to the liver. ومن هناك تدخل شرايين الامعاء ، وتحمل الى الكبد. If enough of them reach the liver, they may cause large abscesses full of chocolate-brown or yellow pus consisting of broken-down liver tissue. اذا كان لهم ما يكفي من الوصول الى الكبد ، وانها قد تسبب الدمامل الكامل كبيرة من الشوكولاتة - براون او القيح الاصفر تتكون من كسر اسفل الكبد والانسجه.

Amoebiasis is more likely to affect people who live or have travelled in developing countries, where sanitation and hygiene is poor. It occurs when a person eats or swallows something that has been infected with the entamoeba histolytica parasite. Amoebiasis اكثر من المحتمل ان تؤثر على الناس من العيش او سافر في البلدان الناميه ، حيث النظافه والصرف الصحي والفقراء. انه يحدث عندما يأكل شخص او يبتلع ما تم مصابين entamoeba histolytica الطفيلي. It is especially common in parts of the world where human excrement is used as fertiliser. ومن المشتركة وخصوصا في اجزاء من العالم حيث الفضلات البشريه تستخدم الاسمدة.

Amoebic dysentery can also be spread by anal sex or directly from person to person when personal hygiene is poor. اميبي الزحار ويمكن أيضا أن تنتشر عن طريق الشرج او الجنس ، او مباشرة من شخص الى آخر عندما سوء النظافه الشخصيه. Infection is most commonly caused by: الاكثر شيوعا هي الاصابة التي تسببها :

• eating or swallowing anything that has touched the stool of a person who is infected with entamoeba histolytica, بلعة الاكل او اي شيء قد يمس من البراز من شخص مصاب entamoeba histolytica ،
• swallowing something, such as water or food, that is contaminated with entamoeba histolytica, or بلع شيئا ، مثل المياه أو الاغذيه ، وهذا هو ملوثة entamoeba histolytica ، او
• touching, and bringing to your mouth, cysts (eggs) picked up from surfaces that are contaminated with entamoeba histolytica. اللمس ، وتقديمهم الى فمك ، والخراجات (البيض) التقطت من السطوح الملوثه التي entamoeba histolytica.
