Symptoms of Anaemia أعراض فقر الدم

General symptoms of anaemia include: أعراض فقر الدم العام تشمل ما يلي :

• tiredness, التعب ،
• breathlessness, التنفس ،
• palpitations (rapid or irregular heart beats), palpitations (القلب السريعه او غير المنتظمه فوز) ،
• dizziness, and والدوخة ، و
• headache. الصداع.

If the anaemia is severe, chest pain, and leg pains can occur. واذا كان هو فقر الدم الحاد ، وألم في الصدر والساق ويمكن ان تحدث الآلام.

Long-term effects of iron deficiency: الاثار الطويلة الامد للنقص الحديد :

• sore tongue (glossitis), قرحة اللسان (glossitis) ،
• pinful cracks at the corners of the mouth (cheilosis), pinful الشقوق في انحاء متفرقه من الفم (cheilosis) ،
• brittle, flaking nails, هش ، المسامير التقشير ،
• spoon-shaped nails, ملعقه على شكل مسامير ،
• unusual dietary cravings (pica), شهوه غير عادية الغذاءيه (الحرف المطبعي) ،
• difficulty in swallowing (dysphagia), صعوبة في البلع (dysphagia) ،
• pallor (pale skin), and الشحوب (بالي الجلد) ، و
• loss of weight. فقدان الوزن.

Pernicious anaemia also causes soreness of the tongue, loss of weight, skin pallor often with a lemon tint, and intermittent diarrhoea. كما يسبب فقر الدم الخبيث من التقرح اللسان ، وفقدان الوزن ، شحوب الجلد في كثير من الاحيان مع ليمون صبغة ، متقطعه والاسهال. In untreated cases the nervous system may be affected, causing tingling of the fingers and toes, muscle weakness, pains in the legs and difficulty walking, depression and confusion. في الحالات غير المعالجه الجهاز العصبي ويمكن أن تتأثر ، مما تسبب في التوخز من الأصابع وأصابع القدم ، ضعف عضلي ، الآلام في الساقين وصعوبة المشي ، والاكتئاب والارتباك.

Megablastic anaemia due to folic acid deficiency also causes soreness of the tongue, indigestion and diarrhoea. Megablastic فقر الدم بسبب نقص حمض الفوليك يسبب ايضا التقرح من اللسان ، وعسر الهضم والاسهال.

Haemolytic anaemia also causes pale skin, often with a yellowish tinge. Haemolytic أسباب فقر الدم أيضا بالي الجلد ، في كثير من الاحيان مع صبغة صفراء. The spleen will be enlarged, due to ruptured red cells. الطحال وسيتم توسيعها ، وذلك بسبب مفجر الخلايا الحمراء.

Aplastic anaemia also causes fever, sore throat, bruising and bleeding and blood spots, pale skin and signs of heart failure. Aplastic فقر الدم يسبب ايضا الحمى ، والتهاب في الحلق ، وكدمه ونزيف الدم والبقع ، بالى الجلد وعلامات فشل القلب.
