Barium enema الحقنه الشرجيه الباريوم

A barium enema is a procedure (done through a special x-ray) for examining the large bowel (colon and rectum). أ الباريوم الحقنه الشرجيه هو اجراء (وذلك من خلال الاشعه السينيه الخاصة) لدراسة الكبير الامعاء (القولون والمستقيم).

Normal x-rays provide limited information about the bowel, so a substance called barium sulphate is put into the bowel to produce a better picture. الاشعه السينيه العاديه تقديم معلومات محدودة عن الامعاء ، وذلك لمادة كبريتات الباريوم ودعا الى وضع هو الامعاء لانتاج صورة أفضل. Barium sulphate is a fine, heavy, white, odourless powder that can be formed into a suspension in the form of a watery paste. كبريتات الباريوم هي غرامة ثقيلة ، ابيض ، عديم الراءحه مسحوق يمكن ان تشكل في تعليق في شكل معجون أ مائي. It is insoluble and non-poisonous. ومن المستعصيه وغير سامة. It coats the inside of the bowel and makes it easier to see on the x-rays. ومن الداخل من المعاطف والامعاء ويجعل من السهل ان نرى على الاشعه السينيه.

If examination of the large intestine (bowel) is necessary the barium sulphate is put directly into the rectum by way of the back- passage (anus). اذا كان الامتحان الكبير من الامعاء (الامعاء) فان من الضروري وضع هو كبريتات الباريوم مباشرة الى الطريق المستقيم طريق العودة من المرور (فتحة الشرج). This is called a barium enema. ويسمى هذا الباريوم الحقنه الشرجيه. If however the stomach or small intestine is to be investigated the barium sulphate can taken by mouth in a procedure called a barium meal. ولكن اذا كانت المعده او الامعاء الصغيرة ومن المقرر ان التحقيق في كبريتات الباريوم عن طريق الفم يمكن ان تتخذ في اجراء يسمى وجبة الباريوم.
