Diagnosis of Behcet's disease Behcet 'sتشخيص الامراض

There is no specific test for Behcet’s disease. وليس هناك اختبار محدد لbehcetâ € ™ ق المرض. The diagnosis is based on the clinical signs and symptoms that are associated with the disease. التشخيص السريرى على اساس العلامات والاعراض التى ترتبط بهذا المرض. Because it may take several months or even years for all the common symptoms to appear, the diagnosis may not be made for a long time. لانها قد تستغرق عدة اشهر او حتى سنوات للجميع للظهور اعراض المرض ، والتشخيص قد لا يكون لفترة طويلة.

Behcet's disease is diagnosed by specific patterns of symptoms and repeated outbreaks of them. Behcet 'sتشخيص المرض عن طريق انماط معينة من الاعراض ، وتكرار تفشي منها. These include recurrent mouth ulcers (more than three in a twelve month period) plus any two of the following symptoms: وتشمل هذه تقرحات الفم المتكررة (اكثر من ثلاثة في اثني عشر شهرا) ، بالاضافة الى اثنين من أي من الأعراض التالية :

• genital ulcers, تشويه الاعضاء التناسليه للقرحات
• skin sores such as lumps or boils, القروح الجلديه مثل الكتل او الغليان ،
• eye inflammation, and التهاب العين ، و
• a positive pathergy test (skin prick test). ايجابية pathergy الاختبار (اختبار الوخز الجلدي). This measures increased sensitivity of the skin, which occurs in Behcet's syndrome. هذه التدابير زيادة حساسيه الجلد والذي يحدث في تناذر behcet.
