Treatment of Behcet's disease Behcet 'sالعلاج من الامراض

There is currently no cure for Behcet's disease. لا يوجد حاليا اى علاج لمرض behcet. Treatment is designed to control symptoms and reduce inflammation. العلاج يهدف الى السيطرة على الاعراض والحد من التهاب. The aim is to reduce pain and prevent serious complications such as blindness and severe arthritis. والهدف من ذلك هو تقليل الألم ومنع مضاعفات خطيرة مثل العمى والتهاب المفاصل الحاد.

Behcet's disease is generally chronic (long-term) but usually manageable, with periods of remission and relapse. Behcet 'sالامراض المزمنه بصفة عامة (طويلة الاجل) ولكن يمكن التحكم فيها عادة ، مع فترات من مغفره والانتكاس. Since it can affect many different parts of the body, someone with Behcet's disease may need to be seen by several different specialists. لانها يمكن ان تؤثر في كثير من اجزاء مختلفة من الجسم ، مع شخص behcet 'sالمرض قد تكون هناك حاجة الى النظر الى عدد من المتخصصين فى مختلف. • Creams, ointments or gels applied directly to the inflammation, sore or ulcer. الدهون ، والمراهم او الهلام تطبق مباشرة الى التهاب ، او قرحة قرحة. They are used to treat severe joint pain and inflammation, skin sores, eye disease, or central nervous system symptoms. وهي تستخدم لعلاج الألم الحاد والتهاب المشتركة ، والقروح الجلديه ، وأمراض العيون ، او اعراض الجهاز العصبي المركزي.

2. Immunosuppressive drugs (containing corticosteroids) help to control an overactive immune system, reduce inflammation throughout the body and reduce the frequency of flare-ups. 2. Immunosuppressive المخدرات (التي تحتوي على القشريه) ان تساعد على السيطرة على الجهاز المناعي وهو شديد النشاط ، والحد من التهاب في انحاء مختلفة من الجسم والحد من وتيرة انارة الساخنه.

• Moderate exercise, such as swimming or walking, is usually recommended during periods of remission to keep up general levels of fitness. ممارسة معتدلة ، مثل السباحه او المشي ، وعادة ما أوصى خلال فترات مغفره العام على الابقاء على مستويات اللياقه البدنيه.
• A healthy well-balanced diet. صحيه جيدة نظام غذائي متوازن. Behcet’s disease is not caused by poor diet, but good general health can help to improve symptoms.Most people with Behcet’s disease will have a normal life span.
