Caesarean section العملية القيصريه

Caesarean section is a procedure where a baby is delivered by cutting through the front wall of the abdomen to open the womb. العملية القيصريه هو الاجراء المتخذ عند ولادة الطفل هو الذي أدلى به أمام لعدة قطاعات من خلال جدار البطن لفتح الرحم.

Approximately 20% of babies born in the UK are delivered by caesarean section because there may be an urgent or potential medical risk to mother or baby. حوالي 20 ٪ من الاطفال الذين يولدون في المملكه المتحدة يسلم بسبب العمليات القيصريه قد يكون هناك عاجلا او المحتملة الطبية خطر على الام او الطفل.

A caesarean section is indicated when there is a significant risk to the health of the mother or baby if the operation is not performed at a given time. أ القيصريه هو مبين عندما يكون هناك خطر كبير على صحه الأم او الطفل اذا كانت العملية لا تؤدي في وقت معين.

It may be performed as: وقد يكون أداؤها على النحو التالي :

• a planned procedure, where the medical need for the operation becomes apparent during pregnancy; مخطط الاجراء ، حيث الحاجة الطبية لتشغيل ظهر بوضوح اثناء الحمل ؛
• an emergency procedure, where a situation arises during labour that calls for urgent delivery of the baby; or اجراء طارئ ، حيث تنشأ حالة خلال العمل الملحه التي تدعو الى تسليم الطفل ؛ او
• an elective procedure, on the basis of personal choice rather than as a result of medical risk. اختياريه الاجراء ، على أساس الاختيار الشخصي وليس نتيجة لالطبية للخطر.

The principal clinical reasons for the medical decision to perform Caesarean section are situations involving danger to the unborn baby, failure to progress with the labour, breech (bottom-first) presentation, and cases where the mother has had a previous Caesarean section. الرئيسية السريريه الطبية لأسباب اتخاذها قرار اداء العملية القيصريه هي الحالات التي تنطوي على خطر على الطفل الذي لم يولد بعد ، فان عدم احراز تقدم مع العمل ، المغلاق (من القاعده الى القمة الاولى) عرض ، والحالات التي يكون فيها الام وقد كان لعمليات القيصريه السابقة.
