Risks of Caesarean section مخاطر العملية القيصريه

There are health risks associated with caesarean section.  Although a common procedure, it still represents major abdominal surgery, and any operation carries a certain amount of risk. وهناك من المخاطر الصحية المرتبطه القيصريه. مشتركة على الرغم من الاجراءات ، الا انها لا تزال تمثل الرئيسية لعملية جراحية في البطن ، واي عملية يحمل قدرا معينا من المخاطر.

The main risks include: وتشمل المخاطر الرئيسية :

• infection of the wound وتنتقل عدوى الجرح
• thrombosis (clot) formation in the legs, which can be dangerous if part of the clot breaks off and lodges in the lungs التخثر (جلطه) في تشكيل الساقين ، والتي يمكن ان تكون خطيرة اذا كان جزءا من جلطه من الراحة والنزل في الرئتين
• excess bleeding زيادة النزيف
• temporary problems with bladder control, and المشاكل المؤقتة مع السيطرة على المثانه ، و
• temporary breathing difficulties for the baby. صعوبات في التنفس المؤقتة للطفل.

There is a very small risk of death during delivery for mother or baby.  This risk is three times greater for caesarean section than for vaginal delivery, and the recovery period is generally longer. وهناك قليل جدا من خطر الوفاه أثناء الولادة لالأم او الطفل. هذا الخطر هو ثلاث مرات اكبر من العملية القيصريه للالمهبليه الولادة ، وفترة الشفاء عادة لفترة اطول.

It is important to remember that this procedure has saved the lives of many women and babies over the years.  Where a danger to health has been identified, the risks of the caesarean section are usually far outweighed by the risks of not doing it, particularly in an emergency situation. ومن المهم ان نتذكر ان هذا الاجراء قد انقذت حياة العديد من النساء والاطفال على مر السنين. فيها خطرا على الصحة وقد تم تحديد ، من مخاطر العمليات القيصريه وعادة ما تكون اقوى بكثير من مخاطر لا نفعل ذلك ، ولا سيما في حالة من حالات الطوارئ.
