Causes of Cancer of the bladder اسباب سرطان المثانه

The causes of most bladder cancers remain uncertain, but some causes are known. ان اسباب معظم انواع السرطان المثانه لا تزال غير مؤكدة ، الا ان بعض اسباب معروفة.

These include: وهي تشمل ما يلي :

• The products of tobacco tars acquired by cigarette smoking and excreted in the urine. منتجات التبغ من القطران التي حصل عليها تدخين السجائر وتفرز في البول.

• Certain chemicals such as aniline dyes, beta-naphthylamine and benzidine مواد كيمياءيه معينة مثل اصباغ الانيلين ، بيتا - نفتيل الامين وبنزيدين
• Some chemicals encountered in rubber manufacture ووجهت بعض المواد الكيمياءيه في صناعة المطاط
• Drugs such as phenacetin and cyclophosphamide Phenacetin مثل المخدرات وسيكلوفوسفاميد
• Long-term bladder inflammation على المدى الطويل التهاب المثانه
• The African parasitic disease schistosomiasisThe presence of bladder stones الافريقى لمكافحة الامراض الطفيليه schistosomiasisthe وجود المثانه الحجارة

The changes in the bladder lining that lead to cancer occur gradually and progressively. التغيرات في بطانة المثانه التي تؤدي الى السرطان بصورة تدريجيه ومطرده. The most important of the known causal factors are the substances alpha and beta naphthylamine, which are excreted into the urine of cigarette smokers. من أهم العوامل المسببه المعروفة هي المواد نفتيل الامين الفا وبيتا ، والتي تفرز في البول السجائر من المدخنين. Heavy cigarette smoking is believed to be the cause in half the cases in men and a third of the cases in women. الثقيلة تدخين السجائر ويعتقد ان السبب في نصف الحالات في الرجال وثلث النساء في هذه الحالات.

Exposure to occupational chemicals, especially in the rubber, petroleum, leather and dye industries, probably cause about 30 per cent of cases in men. التعرض للمواد الكيمياءيه المهنيه ، لا سيما في صناعات المطاط والبترول وصناعات الجلود وصباغة ، وربما تسبب حوالى 30 فى المائة من الحالات في الرجل. Artificial sweeteners were at one time suspected of causing bladder cancer, but several research projects have failed to confirm any causal link. المحليات الاصطناعيه وكانت في وقت واحد ويشتبه فى تسبب سرطان المثانه ، ولكن العديد من المشاريع البحثيه التي لم تؤكد اي علاقة السببيه.

In almost all bladder cancers, the cancer cells show a loss of part of the long arm of chromosome number 9. المثانه تقريبا في جميع أنواع السرطان ، خلايا السرطان وتبين فقدان جزء من الذراع الطويلة من كروموسوم رقم 9. Many bladder cancers also show loss of the short arms of chromosomes 11 and 17. كثير من سرطان المثانه ، كما يظهر من فقدان الاسلحة قصيرة من الكروموسومات 11 و 17. The supposition is that the cancer may be caused by loss of suppressor genes on these chromosomes. الافتراض هو ان السرطان يمكن ان يكون سببها فقدان المكثف على هذه الجينات والكروموسومات.
