Diagnosis of Cancer of the colon, rectum or bowel تشخيص سرطان القولون ، والمستقيم أو الأمعاء

The diagnosis is made on the basis of the symptoms, the appearance of the stools, feeling the cancer area with a gloved finger during a rectal examination, direct examination of the inside of the rectum with a viewing tube called a sigmoidoscope, and the taking of a small piece of the suspected cancerous tissue for microscopic examination (biopsy). التشخيص يتم على أساس من الاعراض ، ومظهر من المقاعد ، والشعور السرطان المجال مع مرتدي قفاز اصبع خلال فحص مستقيمي ، الفحص المباشر من داخل المستقيم مع مشاهدة انبوب يسمى sigmoidoscope ، واخذ قطعة صغيرة من المشتبه في الانسجه السرطانيه لالفحص المجهري (خزعه). Sigmoidoscopy examines the rectum and lower part of the bowel.  Colonoscopy examines the whole of the inside of the bowel. ويبحث sigmoidoscopy والمستقيم والجزء الاسفل من الامعاء. Colonoscopy يبحث الجامعة للمن داخل الامعاء.

You may also have a barium enema (an x-ray of the large bowel). يمكنك ايضا ان يكون لها الباريوم الحقنه الشرجيه (الاشعه السينيه كبير من الامعاء). For this test you will need to have an empty bowel, and will probably need to take laxatives the day before.You may also have a bowel washout, which involves washing out your bowel with water that is passed through a tube in and out of your rectum. لهذا الاختبار سوف تحتاج الى ان يكون لالامعاء الفارغه ، وربما الحاجة الى اتخاذ المسهلات اليوم before.you قد يكون لها أيضا الامعاء الفشل ، التي تنطوي على غسل الامعاء الخاص بك مع المياه التي تمر في انبوب واحد من اصل الخاصة بك المستقيم.

A white liquid called barium is then passed through the rectum in the same way as the washout while the specialist views the bowel on an x-ray screen. سائلة بيضاء ودعا الباريوم وبعد ذلك مرت في المستقيم بنفس الطريقة التي يعامل بها الفشل في حين ان وجهات النظر اخصائي الامعاء على شاشة الاشعه السينيه. Sometimes, you may be asked to provide a sample of your stools for a faecal blood test.This is a chemical test that looks for traces of blood in the stools. في بعض الاحيان ، قد يطلب منك ان توفير عينة من المقاعد الخاصة بك لالبراز test.this الدم هو مادة كيمياءيه الاختبار ان يبحث عن آثار دماء في المقاعد.
