Cancer of the larynx سرطان الحنجره

The larynx (sometimes called the 'voice box') is the box-like structure at the beginning of the windpipe. الحنجره (التي تسمى أحيانا 'صوت مربع') هو الاطار - مثل هيكل في بداية من القصبة الهواءيه. The box is made partly of gristle (cartilage) and has a prominent front part, especially in men, called the Adam’s apple. المربع اعتماد جزئيا من الغضروف (غضروف) ، وجزء بارز في الجبهة ، لا سيما في الرجل الذي اطلق عليه اسم adamâ € ™ ق التفاح. The larynx contains the vocal cords and it is there that the basic sounds, that are then modified to form the speaking and singing voice, are produced. ويتضمن الحنجره والحبال الصوتيه كان هناك ان الاصوات الاساسية ، التي هي شكل من اشكال ثم عدلت الى الكلام والغناء صوت ، يتم انتاجها. The larynx acts to protect against food getting into the lungs and makes coughing possible. الحنجره لحمايه الاعمال ضد الغذائي للوصول الى الرئتين ويجعل من السعال ممكن.

Cancer of the larynx is comparatively rare and occurs most often in smokers and heavy drinkers. سرطان الحنجره هو نادر نسبيا وغالبا ما يحدث في معظم المدخنين للشاربين والثقيلة. If the cancer is confined to the vocal cords it causes obvious voice changes and is likely to be diagnosed early. واذا كان السرطان هو يقتصر على الحبال الصوتيه ولأسباب واضحة وصوت التغييرات ومن المرجح ان يكون تم الكشف عنه مبكرا. In addition, spread from the vocal cords to other parts is slow. وبالاضافة الى ذلك ، امتدت من الحبال الصوتيه الى اجزاء اخرى بطيءه. In this case the outlook is favourable. وفي هذه الحاله فإن التوقعات مءاتيه.

Unfortunately, cancer elsewhere in the larynx is likely to be well advanced before symptoms of breathing or swallowing difficulty arise and the prospects of cure is worse. وللأسف ، في اماكن اخرى من سرطان الحنجره ومن المرجح ان يكون مرحلة متقدمة قبل ان اعراض فى التنفس او صعوبة في البلع واحتمالات تنشأ من العلاج اسوأ من ذلك.
