Symptoms of Cancer of the lung أعراض سرطان الرءه

In the early stages lung cancer may not give any symptoms, which makes early diagnosis difficult. في المراحل المبكره لسرطان الرءه قد لا تعطي أي أعراض ، مما يجعل من الصعب التشخيص المبكر. As with many types of cancer, the early it is diagnosed, the more effective treatment will be and better the long-term outcome. كما هو الحال في كثير من أنواع السرطان ، ومن المبكر والتشخيص والعلاج الاكثر فعالية وسيكون أفضل على المدى الطويل النتيجة.

The most common symptom is a persistent cough and sometimes the coughing up of blood. الاكثر شيوعا هو استمرار اعراض السعال والسعال وأحيانا حتى من الدم. Other possible symptoms include breathlessness, loss of appetite, fatigue and weight loss. وتشمل الاعراض الاخرى التي يمكن التنفس ، فقدان الشهيه ، والارهاق وفقدان الوزن. A continuous hoarseness of the voice may indicate that the cancer is pressing on the nerves to the voice box. مستمر بحة صوت قد يدل على ان السرطان هو الضغط على الاعصاب لصوت مربع. There may also be a persistent pain in the chest or even in one shoulder. وقد يكون هناك ايضا استمرار الالم في الصدر أو حتى واحد في الكتف. Often the tumour shows no signs and the first indications are due to the effects of cancer that has spread to other parts of the body. وكثيرا ما يظهر الورم ليس هناك ما يشير الى وتشير الدلائل الاولى نتيجة لآثار السرطان الذي انتشر الى اجزاء اخرى من الجسم.

If the cancer has spread to the brain, it can cause seizures, paralysis, personality changes and speech difficulty. واذا كان السرطان قد انتشر الى الدماغ ، يمكن ان يؤدي الى ضبط ، الشلل ، تغييرات شخصية وصعوبة الكلام. Where it has spread to the liver, it may cause jaundice (yellowing of the skin and whites of the eyes) and loss of weight. حيث انتشر الى الكبد ، فانه قد يسبب اليرقان (الاصفرار من الجلد والعيون من البيض) وفقدان الوزن. If the cancer has spread into the bones it can cause a deep boring pain and sometimes bones may break without an obvious cause. واذا كان السرطان قد انتشر الى العظام وانه يمكن ان يسبب الالم العميق ومملا في بعض الاحيان قد كسر العظام دون سبب واضح. Nodules of secondary cancer may also occur on the skin. العقيدات الثانويه للسرطان يمكن ان تحدث ايضا على الجلد.
