Symptoms of Cancer of the ovary أعراض سرطان المبيض

Ovarian cancer can be difficult to diagnose. سرطان المبيض يمكن أن يكون صعبا لتشخيص المرض. The symptoms can be vague and subtle and may be mistaken for those of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) or pre-menstrual syndrome. اعراض يمكن ان تكون غامضة وملتويه وقد تكون خاطءه لهذه الامعاء من سرعة الانفعال المكتسب (الرابطه) او متلازمه ما قبل الطمث. However, if the cancer is recognised early while still confined to the ovary, the chances of successful treatment are good. غير انه اذا كان من المسلم به السرطان في وقت مبكر في حين لا تزال تقتصر على المبيض ، من فرص نجاح العلاج جيدة.

Early symptoms may include: ويمكن ان تشمل الاعراض المبكره :

• pain in the lower abdomen or side, and الم في اسفل البطن أو الجانب ، و
• a full bloated feeling in the abdomen. bloated شعور كامل في البطن.

Later symptoms of ovarian cancer may include: في وقت لاحق من أعراض سرطان المبيض يمكن ان تشمل :

• a persistently swollen abdomen, أ باصرار انتفاخ البطن ،
• pain in the lower abdomen or back, الم في اسفل البطن او العودة ،
• digestive problems, like indigestion, bloating, constipation, feeling or being sick and lack of appetite, مشاكل هضميه ، مثل عسر الهضم ، والنفخ ، والامساك ، او الشعور المرضي ونقص الشهيه ،
• passing urine more often than usual, التبول اكثر من المعتاد ،
• abnormal bleeding from the vagina (this is uncommon, but should always be reported to your GP), الشاذ تنزف من المهبل (هذا غير شائع ، ولكن ينبغي ان تكون دائما ابلغ طبيبك العمومي) ،
• weight loss, ونقص في الوزن ،
• increasing tiredness, زيادة التعب ،
• shortness of breath, and ضيق في التنفس ، و
• pain during sex. الألم اثناء العملية الجنسيه.
