Diagnosis of Cancer of the ovary تشخيص سرطان المبيض

If ovarian cancer is suspected your GP may do a vaginal and rectal examination to check for lumps. سرطان المبيض اذا كان يشتبه في ايار / مايو طبيبك العمومي القيام مستقيمي مهبلي والفحص للتأكد من الكتل. You will then be referred to the hospital for various tests. وعندها يمكنك المشار اليه الى المستشفى لمختلف التجارب. A full medical history and blood tests will normally be taken. كامل التاريخ الطبي وعادة اختبارات الدم التي يجب اتخاذها.

There are several different tests used to diagnose cancer and also to determine whether it has spread elsewhere in the body. وهناك عدة اختبارات مختلفة تستخدم لتشخيص السرطان وايضا لتحديد ما اذا كانت قد انتشرت في أماكن أخرى من الجسم.

These may include: وهذه قد تشمل :

• Laparoscopy, where the doctor inserts a laparoscope (small telescope) through a small cut in the abdomen under general anaesthetic and looks at the ovaries. Laparoscopy ، حيث تدرج الطبيب laparoscope (تلسكوب صغير) من خلال قطع صغير في البطن تحت المخدر الكلي ويلقي نظرة على المبايض. He or she may also take a small sample of tissue for laboratory examination (biopsy) كما يجوز له ان يأخذ عينة صغيرة من انسجه لمختبر فحص (تحليل)
• An ultrasound scan, CT or MRI scan. اجراء مسح بالموجات فوق الصوتيه ، او ط م MRI المسح الضوئي. These are used to check of abnormalities or enlargement of the ovaries. وهذه تستخدم للتحقق من العيوب او توسيع المبايض. They can also measure the size and position of the cancer. كما انها يمكن ان قياس حجم والموقف من مرض السرطان.

Studies are currently underway to assess the efficiency of screening and the impact of genetic history in women at high risk of developing ovarian cancer. دراسات تجري حاليا لتقييم كفاءه واثر الفحص الجيني في تاريخ المراه المعرضه لمخاطر عالية الناميه سرطان المبيض.
