Cancer of the pancreas سرطان البنكرياس

The pancreas is a large gland, about 15cm (6 in) long, which lies behind the stomach in the upper half of the abdomen. البنكرياس هو غدة كبير ، عن 15cm (6 في) الطويل ، الذي يكمن وراء المعده في النصف العلوي من البطن. It is made up of a head, body and tail and is shaped like a tadpole or a leaf. وهو يتألف من رئيس وجسمه والذيل ويتشكل مثل الشرغوف او ورقة للنبات. Cancer of the pancreas most often occurs in the head of the pancreas, which is the large section on the right-hand side of the body. سرطان البنكرياس غالبا ما يحدث في راس البنكرياس ، وهو قسم واسع على الجانب الأيمن من الجسم. The pancreas is part of the digestive system. البنكرياس هو جزء من الجهاز الهضمي. It produces hormones called insulin and glucagons that enable the body to use sugars and store fats. وتنتج الانسولين والهرمونات ودعا glucagons التي تمكن الهيءه الى استخدام وتخزين الدهون والسكريات. It also produces pancreatic juice, which is needed to digest food. كما أنها تنتج بنكرياسي عصير ، الذي يعتبر ضروريا لهضم الغذاء. Most people get cancer in the part of the pancreas that produces digestive juices. معظم الناس الحصول على السرطان في جزء من البنكرياس التي تنتج الهضمي العصائر. It usually starts in the inner lining of the tube (or pancreatic ducts) that the digestive juices (or bile) flow through. وعادة ما يبدأ في البطانه الداخلية للأنبوب (أو القنوات بنكرياسي) ان الهضمي العصائر (أو الصفراء) من خلال التدفق. Cancer of the pancreas affects about 7,000 people in the UK each year. سرطان البنكرياس يؤثر على حوالى 7000 شخص في المملكه المتحدة كل عام. It is very serious and it can be difficult to treat, especially if it is not diagnosed early. وهي خطيرة جدا وانه يمكن ان يكون صعبا لعلاج ، ولا سيما اذا لم يكن تم الكشف عنه مبكرا.
