Cancer of the prostate سرطان البروستات

The prostate is a small gland about the size of a walnut situated at the base of the bladder. البروستات غدة صغيرة هو عن حجم اي الجوزة تقع عند قاعدة المثانه. It is only found in men and makes some of the fluid of a thick white liquid called semen. الا انها وجدت في الرجل ويجعل بعض من السائل من السائل الابيض سميكة تسمى المنى. Semen mixes with sperm and comes out of the penis via the urethra when a man has an orgasm. يمزج مع المنى وآلمني يخرج من القضيب عن طريق الاحليل عند رجل له هزة الجماع. The prostate produces a protein called prostate specific antogen (PSA) which turns semen into liquid form. البروستات تنتج البروتين يعرف باسم antogen البروستات محددة (هيكل السلام والامن) الأمر الذي يجعل مني الى الساءله.

Around 27,000 new cases of prostate cancer are diagnosed each year in the UK and it is the most common cancer amongst men. حوالى 27000 حالة جديدة من سرطان البروستاتا يتم تشخيص كل سنة في المملكه المتحدة وانه هو السرطان الاكثر شيوعا بين الرجال. It is rarely found in men under 45; incidence increases with age and it is quite common in men over 80. ومن قلما توجد في الرجال دون ال 45 ؛ الاصابة تزيد مع السن ، وهي شاءعه جدا في اكثر من 80 رجال.

Cancer of the prostate is a serious disease but is often slow to develop.  It is an unusual cancer because in some it affects only a small area of the prostate and grows so slowly it may never need treatment and does not cause symptoms. وسرطان البروستات هو مرض خطير ولكن غالبا ما تكون بطيءه في النمو. ومن غير عادي بسبب السرطان في بعض الا انه يؤثر على مساحة صغيرة من البروستات وينمو ببطء حتى انه لا يجوز ابدا وبحاجة الى العلاج لا يسبب اي اعراض للمرض. In others (usually younger men) it causes more symptoms and can spread outside the prostate (particularly to the bones). وفي حالات اخرى (عادة الرجال الاصغر سنا) وهي اكثر الاسباب والاعراض يمكن ان تنتشر خارج البروستات) وخاصة الى العظام).
