Cancer السرطان

Cancer is not a single disease but a range of about 200 different conditions caused by collections of abnormal cells dividing uncontrollably. Cancer is second only to diseases of the heart and blood vessels as a cause of death. السرطان ليس مرضا ، بل واحد مجموعة من حوالى 200 اختلاف الظروف الناجمة عن مجموعات من الخلايا الشاذة تقسيم بدون سيطره. والسرطان في المرتبة الثانية بعد امراض القلب والاوعيه الدمويه بوصفها سببا للموت. The word ‘tumour’ is often confused with cancer but actually only means a growth that may or may not be malignant. كلمة â € € ™ ~ tumourâ وكثيرا ما يخلط مع مرض السرطان ولكنه يعني في الواقع سوى ان النمو قد تكون أو لا تكون خبيثة. In other words, it may be ‘benign’, that is non-cancerous, and unable to spread to other parts of the body or recur. وبعباره اخرى ، قد يكون â € € ™ ~ benignâ ، وهذا هو غير سرطانيه ، وغير قادرة على الانتشار الى اجزاء اخرى من الجسم او تكراره. All cancers primarily affect older people. جميع انواع السرطان تؤثر على كبار السن فى المقام الاول.

Malignant tumours are the real cancers and they behave quite differently from benign tumours. الاورام الخبيثه هي امراض السرطان والحقيقية انهم يتصرفون بطريقة مختلفة جدا عن اورام حميدة. There are two broad classes of cancers. هناك فئتين شاملتين من انواع السرطان. Those that arise from surface linings of organs are the commonest group and are called carcinomas. تلك التي تنشأ عن سطح بطانة من الاجهزه الاكثر شيوعا وتسمى مجموعة سرطانيه. The second group called sarcomas, arise from the substance of solid tissues such as muscle, bone, lymph glands, blood vessels and fibrous and other connective tissues. Sarcomas are generally much less common than carcinomas. ودعت المجموعة الثانية الاورام اللحميه ، تنشأ من المادة الصلبه مثل انسجه العضلات والعظام ، اللمف الغدد الليفيه والاوعيه الدمويه وغيرها من رابط الانسجه. الاورام اللحميه هي عموما اقل شيوعا بكثير من حالات سرطانيه. Both carcinomas and sarcomas are able to invade normal tissue and spread through the body. الاورام اللحميه سرطانيه على حد سواء وقادرة على غزو الانسجه الطبيعيه وانتشارها من خلال الهيءه.

Throughout nearly all the tissues of the body, there are thin-walled tubes called lymphatic ducts. طوال ما يقرب من جميع انسجه من الجسم ، وهناك انابيب رقيقة الجدران ودعا القنوات اللمفاويه. Their job is to carry off excess fluid from the tissues back to the bloodstream. مهمتهم هي تنفيذ الزاءده من السوائل من الانسجه العودة الى مجرى الدم. Lymphatic ducts are very easily invaded by cancers, and this is a very common way for cancer cells to spread. القنوات اللمفيه جدا بسهولة لغزو أنواع السرطان ، وهذا امر شائع جدا لطريقة لانتشار خلايا السرطان.

Cancers vary greatly in the speed with which they spread. Tumours of high malignancy will sometimes have spread widely before they are diagnosed. السرطان تختلف اختلافا كبيرا في السرعه التي تنتشر. عالية من الاورام الخبيثه وسوف انتشرت على نطاق واسع في بعض الاحيان قبل ان يتم تشخيصهم.
