Dandruff قشرة الرأس

Dandruff is the most common condition affecting the scalp. قشرة الرأس هو الاكثر شيوعا التي تؤثر على حالة الفروه.

The skin cells on the scalp are constantly renewing and the old cells get pushed to the surface by the new ones. خلايا الجلد على الفروه باستمرار تجديد الخلايا القديمة والحصول على دفع الى السطح من قبل جديدة. If you have dandruff, the process of skin renewal (or skin turnover) speeds up to twice the normal rate, so a greater number of dead cells are shed. اذا كان لديك قشرة الرأس ، فان عملية تجديد الجلد (الجلد او دوران) بسرعة تصل الى ضعف المعدل المعتاد ، وذلك اكبر عدد من القتلى في القاء الخلايا.

The scalp becomes scaly and the skin cells shed and collect in clumps. الفروه يصبح متقشر ويلقي خلايا الجلد وجمع في المجموعات. They are noticeable when brushing the hair and can gather on the shoulders. وهي ملحوظ عند التنظيف الشعر ويمكن ان تجمع على اكتاف.

The condition mostly occurs after puberty, usually between the ages of 20 and 30, (1) and affects males more than females. الشرط يحدث غالبا بعد البلوغ ، وعادة ما تتراوح اعمارهم بين 20 و 30 (1) وتؤثر على الذكور اكثر من الاناث.

Dandruff responds very well to treatment, but will commonly recur if treatment is stopped. قشرة الرأس يستجيب جيدا للعلاج ، ولكن عموما سوف تتكرر اذا توقف العلاج.
