Treatment of Dandruff علاج قشرة الرأس

The aim of treatment is to reduce the level of the yeast pityrosporum ovale on the scalp. والهدف من العلاج هو خفض مستوى من الخميره pityrosporum ovale على الفروه. Dandruff responds well to the use of medicated, anti-fungal shampoos, especially those containing, in order of effectiveness: قشرة الرأس ويستجيب ايضا لاستخدام العلاج ، والشامبو المضاده للفطريات ، وخاصة تلك التي تتضمن ، من اجل فعالية :

• Selenium sulphide كبريتيد السيلنيوم
• Zinc pyrithione الزنك pyrithione
• Coal tar القطران الفحمي
• Ketoconazole

The shampoo should be massaged into the scalp and left on for 3-5 minutes before being thoroughly rinsed. الشامبو ينبغي ان يكون مدلك في فروة الرأس وتترك على ل3-5 دقائق قبل ان يجري بدقة مشطوف. The hair and scalp should be shampooed with this type of shampoo 1-2 times a week. الشعر وفروة الرأس وينبغي غسل بالشامبو مع هذا النوع من الشامبو 1-2 مرات في الاسبوع.

Dandruff should improve within 1-2 weeks of starting treatment, but will commonly recur if treatment is stopped. قشرة الرأس ينبغي ان تحسن خلال 1-2 أسابيع من بدء العلاج ، ولكن عموما سوف تتكرر اذا توقف العلاج.

Additional treatment for seborrhoeic dermatitis can help control symptoms but cannot cure the condition. Seborrhoeic اضافية لعلاج التهاب الجلد يمكن ان تساعد في السيطرة على الأعراض ولكنها لا يمكن ان علاج الحاله. Treatments include topical corticosteroids (applied to the scalp) to reduce inflammation, keratolytics to remove thick scaly patches, oral antifungals if a fungal infection is widespread, and oral antibiotics if the scalp becomes infected. وتشمل العلاجات الستيرويدات القشريه الموضعيه (تطبيق على الفروه) للحد من التهاب ، keratolytics لازالة بقع سميكة متقشر ، antifungals شفوي اذا كان انتان فطري على نطاق واسع ، وشفوي المضادات الحيويه اذا الفروه يصبح المصابين.
