Symptoms of Dehydration أعراض الجفاف
The signs of dehydration in adults include: علامات الجفاف فى الكبار وتشمل :
- thirst; العطش ؛
- low urine output; انخفاض الناتج البول ؛
- concentrated, dark urine; وركزت ، الظلام البول ؛
- dry, flushed skin; الجافه ، flushed الجلد ؛
- dry eyes; العيون الجافه ؛
- dry mouth (xerostomia); جفاف الفم (xerostomia) ؛
- furry tongue; اللسان مغطي بالفرو ؛
- headache; صداع ؛
- clammy hands and feet; دبق اليدين والقدمين ؛
- sunken eyes (enophthalmos); العيون الغارقة (enophthalmos) ؛
- dizziness; and والدوخة ؛ و
- confusion and irritability. والبلبله والتهيج.
A dehydrated baby may be pale and depressed with sunken eyes. المجففه قد يكون الطفل من الاكتئاب وبالي مع العيون الغارقة.
