Symptoms of Depression أعراض الاكتئاب
If you are depressed you often lose interest in things that you used to enjoy. اذا كنت انت من الاكتئاب كثيرا ما يفقد الاهتمام في الامور التي تستخدمه لتتمتع بها. Depression commonly interferes with your work, social and family life. الاكتئاب شائع يتدخل في عملك ، والحياة الاجتماعية والاسريه. In addition, there are many other symptoms, which can be physical, psychological, and social. وبالاضافة الى ذلك ، هناك العديد من الاعراض الاخرى ، التي يمكن ان البدني والنفسي والاجتماعي.
Psychological symptoms: الاعراض النفسية :
- continuous low / ‘blue’ mood or sadness; انخفاض مستمر / â € € ™ ~ blueâ مزاج أو الحزن ؛
- feelings of hopelessness and helplessness; مشاعر اليأس والعجز ؛
- low self-esteem; وتدني احترام الذات ؛
- tearfulness; البكاء ؛
- feelings of guilt; الشعور بالذنب ؛
- feeling irritable and intolerance of others; شعور سريع الانفعال والتعصب الغير ؛
- lack of motivation, and little interest in and difficulty making decisions; انعدام الحافز ، واهتمام كبير وصعوبة اتخاذ القرارات ؛
- lack of enjoyment; عدم تمتع ؛
- suicidal thoughts / thoughts of harming someone else; الافكار الانتحاريه / الافكار من شأنه الاساءه الى شخص آخر ؛
- feeling anxious or worried; شعور بالقلق او القلق ؛
- reduced sex drive. انخفاض الدافع الجنسي.
Physical symptoms: الأعراض الجسديه :
- slowed movement / speech; تباطأت حركة / الكلام ؛
- change in appetite / weight (usually decreased but sometimes increased); تغيير في الشهيه / الوزن (عادة انخفضت ولكن في بعض الاحيان زيادة) ؛
- constipation; الإمساك ؛
- unexplained aches and pains; لا تفسير الأوجاع والآلام ؛
- lack of energy / lack of interest in sex; and نقص الطاقة / عدم الاهتمام في الجنس ؛ و
- changes to the menstrual cycle (in women). ادخال تغييرات على دورة الطمث (في المراه).
Social symptoms: الأعراض الإجتماعية :
- not performing well at work; اداء غير جيد في العمل ؛
- taking part in fewer social activities and avoiding contact with friends; وتشارك في الانشطه الاجتماعية أقل وتجنب الاتصال مع الاصدقاء ؛
- reduced hobbies and interests, and difficulties in home and family life. انخفاض الهوايات والاهتمامات ، والصعوبات في البيت والحياة الاسريه.
