Diabetes insipidus Insipidus السكري

Diabetes insipidus is a rare condition in which the kidneys allow too much water to leave the body. Insipidus السكري هو حالة نادرة في الكلى والتي تتيح الكثير من المياه لمغادرة الجسم. It is characterised by needing to urinate often and passing a large quantity of urine, and feeling extremely thirsty. وهي تتميز في كثير من الاحيان تحتاج الى تبول ، واصدار كمية كبيرة من البول ، والشعور العطشي للغاية. It is a completely different disease from diabetes mellitus. وهي مختلفة تماما من مرض السكري.

The job of the kidneys is to filter the blood. وظيفة الكلى هو مرشح الدم. The kidneys sort the substances that the blood carries, such as minerals, toxins and water, and sends them to different places around the body. الكلى وتصنيف هذه المواد ان يحمل الدم ، مثل المعادن والمياه والسموم ، وارسالها الى اماكن مختلفة في انحاء الجسم. Minerals are sent around the body to help the it grow and heal. المعادن وترسل الى جميع انحاء الجسم انها تساعد على النمو والشفاء. Toxins are made to leave the body through sweat and urine. تقدم السموم لمغادرة الجسم عن طريق العرق والبول. Some water is kept in the body and stored in the cells and blood. ويحتفظ بعض الماء في الجسم وتخزينها في خلايا الدم و. Any water that is left over leaves the body with the toxins, through sweat and urine. اي ان الماء هو خلف اكثر من يغادر مع الهيءه السموم عن طريق العرق والبول.

A hormone called antidiuretic hormone (ADH) is used to control the amount of water in the body. هورمون يدعى antidiuretic هرمون (الهرمون المضاد لادرار البول) لمراقبة كمية الماء في الجسم. ADH is released from a part of the brain called the pituitary gland when there is not enough water in the body. الهرمون المضاد لادرار البول الافراج عن جزء من الدماغ تسمى الغده النخاميه الغده عندما لا يوجد ما يكفي من المياه في الجسم. It tells the kidneys to keep more water and not to send it out of the body. يقول الكلي لابقاء أكبر من المياه والا ترسل بها من الجسم. In diabetes inspidus, either there is not enough ADH in the body, or the kidneys do not respond to it. Inspidus في مرض السكري ، اما ليس هناك ما يكفي من الهرمون المضاد لادرار البول في الجسم ، او الكلى لا تستجيب له. This means that too much water is leaving the body, and makes you feel dehydrated. وهذا يعني ان الكثير من المياه ترك الهيءه ، ويجعلك تشعر المجففه.

ADH is also called vasopressin. الهرمون المضاد لادرار البول كما دعت الى فاسوبريسين.
