Complications of Diabetes insipidus من مضاعفات مرض السكري insipidus

If a person with diabetes insipidus does not store enough water, their body can become dehydrated. اذا كان شخص مع insipidus السكري لا يكفي تخزين المياه ، والهيءه يمكن ان تصبح المجففه. Dehydration can cause: يمكن ان تسبب الجفاف :

  • dry skin, الجلد الجاف ،
  • dry mucous membranes (such as around the mouth and eyes), الجافه الاغشيه المخاطيه (مثل حول الفم والعينين) ،
  • sunken appearance of eyes, ظهور العيون الغارقة ،
  • fever, حمي ،
  • rapid heart rate, and سرعة دقات القلب ، و
  • weight loss. ونقص في الوزن.

Diabetes insipidus can also cause an electrolyte imbalance. Insipidus السكري ويمكن ايضا ان يسبب عدم التوازن المنحل بالكهرباء. Electrolytes are minerals in your blood that have an electric charge, such as sodium, calcium, potassium, chlorine, magnesium, and bicarbonate. المنحلات بالكهرباء هي المعادن في دمك التي لها شحنة كهرباءيه ، مثل الصوديوم والكالسيوم والبوتاسيوم والكلور والمغنيسيوم ، وبيكربونات. If they are not balanced, the amount of water in the body is affected. اذا لم تكن متوازنه ، كمية الماء في الجسم تتأثر. This can disrupt other body functions such as the way muscles work, leading to headache, fatigue, irritability and muscle pains. هذا يمكن ان تعطل وظائف الجسم الاخرى مثل طريقة عمل العضلات ، مما يؤدي الى الصداع ، والتعب ، والتهيج وآلام العضلات.

Babies with untreated diabetes insipidus cannot say when they are thirsty, which means they can have a severe shortage of water. مع الاطفال بدون علاج مرض السكري insipidus لا استطيع ان اقول عندما العطشي ، مما يعني انها يمكن ان يكون لها وجود نقص شديد فى المياه. This can lead to fever, vomiting and convulsions (fits). هذا يمكن ان يؤدي الى الحمى والقىء والتشنجات (نوبات). If treatment is not started early, it may lead to brain damage. اذا لم يبدأ العلاج في وقت مبكر ، حيث انها قد تؤدي الى تلف خلايا الدماغ.
