Diaphragms and caps are barrier methods of contraception. الحجابات الحاجزه والاغطيه الحاجز وسائل منع الحمل. Diaphragms are made from a type of soft rubber that fits inside the vagina, covering the cervix, the entrance to the womb . الحجابات الحاجزه مصنوعة من نوع من لينة من المطاط يلائم داخل المهبل ، وتغطي عنق الرحم ، مدخل الى الرحم. Caps tend to be smaller and more rigid than diaphragms. قبعات تميل الى ان تكون اصغر حجما واكثر جمودا من الحجابات الحاجزه. To be effective, diaphragms and caps need to be used with a spermicide. لكي تكون فعالة ، وقبعات الحجابات الحاجزه ضرورة ان تستخدم مع spermicide. Spermicide contains a chemical that damages and destroys the sperm in semen. Spermicide يحتوي على مادة كيمياءيه والاضرار التي تقضي على السائل المنوي في منى.
