Causes of Diarrhoea اسباب الاسهال

Diarrhoea occurs when the lining of the small or large intestine is irritated. الاسهال يحدث عندما البطانه من الامعاء الصغيرة أو الكبيرة هو مغضب. This leads to increased water being passed in the stools. وهذا يؤدي الى زيادة المياه التي مرت في المقاعد. The irritation also causes tummy pains as it contracts strongly and irregularly. الانزعاج ايضا لاسباب آلام البطن لأنها عقود بقوة وبشكل غير منتظم.

The most frequent cause is an infection with a virus or bacteria. السبب الاكثر شيوعا هو اصابة فيروس او بكتيريا. The infection may come from infected food (food poisoning). العدوى قد يأتي من المصابين في الغذاء (التسمم الغذائي). Water is a common cause when travelling in some countries. المياه هي قضية مشتركة عند السفر في بعض البلدان. Often the infection is spread between people by physical contact. وكثيرا ما تنتشر العدوى بين الناس عن طريق الاتصال المادي. You should therefore always wash your hands with soap and water before preparing food and after using the toilet. ولذلك يجب عليك دائما غسل اليدين بالماء والصابون قبل اعداد الطعام وبعد استعمال المرحاض.
