Diagnosis of Eczema (contact dermatitis) تشخيص الاكزيما (اكزيما)
Your GP will normally refer you to a skin specialist (dermatologist) for patch testing to find out what is causing your allergic contact dermatitis. طبيبك العمومي عادة تحويلك الى اخصائي الجلد (طبيب الجلديه) لاختبار البقعه لمعرفة ما الذي يسبب حساسيه اكزيما الخاص بك. The test patches are left in place for two days then removed and any reaction is noted. اختبار بقع تترك في مكان لمدة يومين وبعد ذلك ازالة اي رد فعل يذكر. A further examination is carried out after a further two days to detect any further reactions. دراسة اخرى تجري بعد يومين الى مزيد من الكشف عن اى المزيد من ردود الفعل.
Your GP may refer you to a dermatologist for a full assessment and investigation as to the cause of irritant dermatitis, although this is sometimes clear. طبيبك العمومي كنت قد تشير الى طبيب الجلديه لاجراء تقييم كامل والتحقيق من اجل قضية ازعاج التهاب الجلد ، على الرغم من ان هذا هو واضح في بعض الاحيان. If the reaction is due to substances you are working with, they can be avoided as far as possible. واذا كان رد فعل يرجع الى المواد كنت تعمل مع ، يمكن تجنبها قدر الامكان.
