Encephalitis التهاب الدماغ
Encephalitis is inflammation (swelling) of the brain tissue. التهاب الدماغ هو التهاب (تورم) من نسيج الدماغ. It is caused either by infection, usually viral, or by an autoimmune disease. ومن الناجمة اما عن طريق العدوى الفيروسيه عادة ، او من احد الامراض الذاتية. An autoimmune disease is when your immune system tries to fight off an infection but by mistake, attacks parts of your body at the same time. وهو المرض الذاتية الخاصة بك عندما يحاول الجهاز المناعى لمحاربة من اصابة ولكن عن طريق الخطأ ، الهجمات اجزاء من الجسم في نفس الوقت.
Some people who have encephalitis are left with permanent brain damage. بعض الناس من التهاب الدماغ قد تركت الدائم مع تلف خلايا الدماغ. The type and degree of brain injury can vary. نوع ودرجة من إصابات الدماغ يمكن ان تختلف.
In most cases, a viral infection does not lead to encephalitis; only extremely rarely does a virus directly attack the brain and cause Infectious Encephalitis. وفي معظم الحالات ، والعدوى الفيروسيه لا يؤدي الى التهاب الدماغ ؛ الا نادرا جدا ما اذا كان الفيروس مباشرة الهجوم الدماغ ويسبب التهاب الدماغ المعديه.
Viruses may also directly attack the linings of the brain (meninges) and cause meningitis. الفيروسات ويمكن ايضا مباشرة للهجوم على بطانات الدماغ (السحايا) وتسبب التهاب السحايا. Encephalitis is more serious than meningitis, because it affects the brain itself. التهاب الدماغ هو أكثر خطورة من التهاب السحايا ، لأنه يؤثر على الدماغ نفسه. Some types of encephalitis can be mild and cause almost no symptoms, other than feeling ill with a fever, but other cases can be very serious and life threatening. بعض انواع التهاب الدماغ يمكن أن تكون خفيفة وتسبب اي اعراض تقريبا ، من غير شعور سوء مع الحمى ، ولكن حالات اخرى يمكن ان تكون خطيرة جدا وتهدد الحياة.
The viruses that cause encephalitis are often common viruses and can be contracted through insect and animal bites, food, or direct infection. الفيروسات التي تسبب التهاب الدماغ غالبا ما تكون مشتركة من الفيروسات ويمكن ان تكون من خلال التعاقد مع لدغات الحشرات والحيوانات ، والغذاء ، أو الاصابة المباشره.
Although viruses infecting the brain are a major cause of encephalitis, the body’s reaction to infection itself can occasionally lead to encephalitis. على الرغم من اصابة في الدماغ الفيروسات وهي من الأسباب الرئيسية للالتهاب الدماغ ، bodyâ € ™ ق رد فعل على الاصابة في حد ذاتها يمكن ان تؤدي احيانا الى التهاب الدماغ. This can happen if your immune system tries to fight off the infection and by mistake, attacks the nerves in the brain at the same time. ويمكن ان يحدث هذا اذا كان الجهاز المناعي يحاول لقتال والاصابة عن طريق الخطأ ، الهجمات الاعصاب في الدماغ في نفس الوقت. This condition is called Post Infectious or Autoimmune Encephalitis. ويسمى هذا الشرط ما بعد المعديه الذاتية او التهاب الدماغ.
If the meninges are inflamed as well as the brain, the condition is called meningoencephalitis. اذا كانت هي السحايا الملتهبه وكذلك الدماغ ، ودعا الى ان الشرط هو meningoencephalitis.
If the spinal cord is inflamed as well as the brain, the condition is called encephalomyelitis. واذا كان الحبل الشوكي هو الملتهبه وكذلك الدماغ ، ودعا الى ان الشرط هو encephalomyelitis.
