Diagnosis of Encephalitis تشخيص التهاب الدماغ
Encephalitis is diagnosed once other conditions, such as brain tumour, stroke or rapid onset Multiple Sclerosis (MS) have been ruled out, using the results of a lumbar puncture and any scans that are performed. يشخص التهاب الدماغ مرة واحدة الشروط الأخرى ، مثل ورم في المخ والسكته الدماغيه او بداية سريعه التصلب المتعدد (السيدة) قد استبعد ، باستخدام نتائج قطني ثقب واحد اي ان تجري مسحا.
The spinal fluid is examined for evidence of infection. السائل الفقري لدراسة الادله للعدوى. An analysis of the fluid in the spine (cerebrospinal fluid) is also known as a spinal tap or lumbar puncture. تحليل السائل في العمود الفقري (السائل المخي الشوكي) ويعرف ايضا باعتباره العمود الفقري لبرنامج المشوره التقنيه او ثقب قطني.
A needle is inserted in your lower back between the bones of the spine. أ ابرة الخاص بك هو يدرج في اسفل الظهر بين عظام العمود الفقري. The doctor can tell if there is a bacterial infection because there will be an increase in the number of white blood cells in the fluid. الطبيب يمكن ان نقول اذا كان هناك البكتيريا لأن ستكون هناك زيادة فى عدد خلايا الدم البيضاء في السائل. Encephalitis is a statutory notifiable disease so the doctor who makes the diagnosis is responsible for reporting it to the local Public Health department. التهاب الدماغ هو مرض ينبغي الابلاغ عنها في النظام الاساسي بحيث يجعل الطبيب من التشخيص هو المسؤول عن تقديم التقارير الى ادارة الصحة العامة المحلية.
