Endocarditis
Endocarditis is an inflammation of the inside lining of the heart chambers, heart muscles and heart valves (endocardium). Endocarditis هو التهاب بطانة الداخل للقلب والدوائر ، والقلب وعضلات القلب والصمامات (البطانه). Anyone can develop endocarditis, but you are most at risk if you have underlying heart valve disease or have certain congenital heart diseases. ويمكن لأي شخص ان وضع endocarditis ، ولكن انت الأكثر تعرضا للمخاطر الكامنة واذا كان لديك صمام القلب او بعض الامراض الخلقيه وامراض القلب.
Bacterial infection is the most common source of endocarditis. البكتيريا هي المصدر الأكثر شيوعا للendocarditis. Bacteria from the skin, mouth or intestines enter the bloodstream and infect the heart valves and lining. البكتيريا من الجلد والفم او الامعاء دخول مجرى الدم وتصيب القلب والصمامات والبطانه. In many cases, these organisms are streptococci or staphylococci bacteria. وفي كثير من الحالات ، وهذه الكائنات هي streptococci او بكتيريا العنقوديات. However, fungi, viruses or other infectious agents are occasionally the cause. ومع ذلك ، والفطريات والفيروسات المعديه الأخرى او وكلاء فى بعض الاحيان كان السبب.
The immune system usually kills these organisms, but sometimes they survive and affect the heart valve or another section of the endocardium. الجهاز المناعي وعادة ما يقتل هؤلاء الكائنات الحيه ، ولكن في بعض الاحيان بقائهم على قيد الحياة ، وتؤثر على صمام القلب او فرع آخر من البطانه. Dental surgery, some medical procedures (such as colonoscopy), permanent central venous access lines, and intravenous drug use, increase the risk of bacteria entering the bloodstream. جراحة الأسنان ، وبعض الاجراءات الطبية (مثل colonoscopy) ، الوريديه المركزية الداءمه وصول خطوط ، وتعاطي المخدرات عن طريق الحقن ، تزيد من خطر البكتيريا دخول مجرى الدم.
Endocarditis is an uncommon but serious condition, which can be life threatening. Endocarditis هو غير مألوف ولكن خطورة الحاله ، التي يمكن ان تهدد الحياة.
