Diagnosis of Endocarditis تشخيص endocarditis
The first sign may be a new or previously unheard heart murmur, which can be heard by a doctor using a stethoscope. اول علامة قد تكون جديدة لم يسمع بها من قبل او دندنه القلب ، والتي يمكن الاستماع اليها من قبل طبيب باستخدام سماعه.
A medical history may point to risk factors such as recent surgery. ولعل التاريخ طبية تشير الى عوامل الخطر مثل مؤخرا لعملية جراحية. There may also be symptoms such as fever, tiny haemorrhages in the skin, and tender nodules on finger and toes. وقد تكون هناك ايضا اعراض مثل الحمى والنزيف وصغيرة في الجلد ، والعطاء العقيدات على الأصابع وأصابع القدم.
A blood test may be done to isolate the specific organism responsible for the infection. اختبار الدم يمكن ان يتم عزل الكائن محددة مسؤولة عن الاصابة. This can be tested for its sensitivity to various types of antibiotics to determine the most effective for treatment. ويمكن اختبار للحساسيه لأنواع مختلفة من المضادات الحيويه لتحديد انجع للعلاج.
An echocardiograph is used to check vegetations on the heart valves or elsewhere inside the heart, to look for abscesses inside the heart, and to find signs of damage to natural or artificial heart valves. Echocardiograph وهو يستخدم للتحقق من النباتات على صمامات القلب او في اي مكان آخر داخل القلب ، الى البحث عن خراجات داخل القلب ، والعثور على دلائل على الاضرار التي لحقت طبيعية او اصطناعيه صمامات القلب.
