Treatment of Endocarditis معاملة endocarditis

Bacterial endocarditis is treated with antibiotics. جرثومي endocarditis تعامل مع المضادات الحيويه. Antibiotics will normally be given intravenously (directly into a vein) in hospital, over a period of 4-6 weeks. المضادات الحيويه عادة بالنظر الى وريدي (مباشرة في السياق) في المستشفى ، على مدى فترة من 4-6 اسابيع.   • Fungal endocarditis, which commonly does not respond to antifungal medicines; Endocarditis الفطريه ، التي عموما لا تستجيب للادويه المضاده لل؛
  • A large vegetation attached to a heart valve. كبير تركيبها على الغطاء النباتي صمام القلب.

Surgery involves repairing or replacing valves. جراحة تنطوي على اصلاح او استبدال الصمامات. Replacement may involve a mechanical valve or a tissue valve. قد تنطوي على استبدال صمام الميكانيكيه الصمام او النسيج. Drainage of any abscesses, which may develop in the heart muscle may also be necessary. الصرف من اي الدمامل ، والتي قد وضع في عضلة القلب وقد يكون من الضروري ايضا.
