Causes of Endometriosis اسباب endometriosis
The exact cause of endometriosis is not known. بالضبط endometriosis سبب غير معروف. There are a number of theories: وهناك عدد من النظريات :
It has been suggested that endometrial tissue can, during menstruation, pass back along the fallopian tubes into the pelvic or abdominal cavities (a process called retrograde menstruation). وقد اشير الى انه يمكن endometrial الانسجه ، واثناء الحيض ، تذاكر العودة fallopian طول الانابيب الى الحوض أو تجاويف البطن (عملية تسمى الحيض الى الوراء). According to this theory some of the menstrual blood flows backwards down the fallopian tubes and into the pelvis. ووفقا لهذه النظريه بعض من دم الحيض التدفقات الى الوراء الى اسفل fallopian الانابيب والى الحوض.
It has also been proved that endometrial cells can be carried in the blood and lymph vessels to remote parts of the body. كما تم endometrial اثبت ان الخلايا يمكن ان يتم في الدم واللمف السفن الى المناطق الناءيه من الجسم.
In the early development of the fetus, the endometrium developes from the same building block cells (called stem cells) as the general lining membrane of the abdomen (the peritoneum). في اوائل وضع الجنين ، وبطانة الرحم developes من نفسه لبنة بناء الخلايا (تسمى الخلايا الجذعيه) العام بطانة من غشاء البطن (peritoneum). The ovaries also develop from these cells. المبايض ايضا من وضع هذه الخلايا. It has been suggested that, in places, peritoneal or ovarian tissue might turn back into stem cells and then change into endometrial tissue. وقد اشير الى انه ، في بعض الاماكن ، peritoneal انسجه المبيض او قد تعود الى الخلايا الجذعيه ، ثم تغير الى endometrial الانسجه.
Endometriosis is more common than average in close relatives of women with the disease. Endometriosis هي اكثر شيوعا واستعمالا من المتوسط فى اقرب الاقارب للمرأة مع المرض. It is rare in women of Afro-Caribbean origin and more common in Asian women than in white (Caucasian) women. ومن النادر في النساء من اصل افريقي الاصل ومنطقة البحر الكاريبي اكثر شيوعا في النساء منها في آسيا البيضاء (القوقازيه) النساء. This suggests that genetics may be involved. وهذا يوحي بأن الجينات يمكن ان تشملهم.
