Treatment of Endometriosis معاملة endometriosis

Treatment for endometriosis is aimed at easing the symptoms so that the condition does not interfere with your daily life.  There is no known cure for endometriosis. العلاج هو endometriosis والهادفه الى التخفيف من اعراض ذلك شرط ان لا تتدخل في الحياة اليوميه. وليس هناك علاج معروف للendometriosis.

Not treating at all is an option if the symptoms are mild and there are no problems with subfertility of infertility.  In about a third of cases, endometriosis gets better by itself without treatment. لا علاج على الاطلاق هو الخيار اذا كانت الاعراض خفيفة ولا توجد مشاكل مع subfertility من العقم. فى حوالي ثلث الحالات ، endometriosis يحصل على نحو افضل في حد ذاتها بدون معالجة. It is also possible to keep an eye on the symptoms and decide to have treatment if they get worse. ومن الممكن ايضا ان تبقى العين على الأعراض والعلاج لها ان تقرر اذا كانت تزداد سوءا.

Drug treatments علاج المخدرات

Pain killers: القتلة الألم :

• Non-steroidal anti inflammatory (NSAIDS) are usually the preferred treatment, as they act against the inflammation caused by endometriosis as well as helping ease pain and discomfort. غير steroidal المضاده للالتهاب (nsaids) وعادة ما تكون العلاج المفضل ، لانها تعمل ضد الالتهاب الناجم عن endometriosis فضلا عن المساعدة في تخفيف الالم والانزعاج. Examples are ibuprofen and naproxen. ومن الامثله على ايبوبروفين وnaproxen.
• Paracetamol is sometimes used as an alternative. باراسيتامول يستخدم احيانا كبديل. It is not usually as effective as NSAIDS, but may be used if NSAIDS cause any side effects انها ليست فعالة كما عاده nsaids ، ولكن يمكن ان تستخدم اذا nsaids يسبب اي آثار جانبية
• Codeine is a stronger pain killer that is sometimes combined with paracetamol or used alone if other pain killers are not suitable. الكودين هو اقوى قاتل الالم في بعض الاحيان وهذا هو الجمع بين باراسيتامول تستخدم وحدها او اذا كان الالم القتلة أخرى ليست مناسبة. Constipation is a common side-effect الامساك هو مشترك من الاثار الجانبية

Hormone treatments: العلاج الهرموني :

Hormone treatments aim to stop egg release (ovulation).  This encourages the endometrial tissue to shrink and this helps to reduce the symptoms. هرمون العلاجات تهدف الى وقف اطلاق البيضة (الاباضه). وهذا يشجع على ان يتقلص endometrial النسيج وهذا يساعد على الحد من الاعراض. In some cases, they may eventually disappear. وفي بعض الحالات ، قد تختفي في نهاية المطاف. In effect the treatment stops your periods.  There are four broad types of hormone-based treatment: وفي الواقع فان المعامله الخاصة بك فترات توقف. وهناك اربعة انواع عامة من الهورمونات المعالجه القائمة :

• Progestogens: these drugs stop egg release and help to shrink endometrial tissue. Progestogens : هذه الادوية لوقف اطلاق البيض ويساعد على التقلص endometrial الانسجه. They sometimes have unpleasant side effects such as bloating, mood changes, irregular bleeding and weight gain.  Drug names include medroxyprogesterone acetate, dydrogesterone, and norethisterone. في بعض الاحيان ، قد اثار جانبية غير سارة مثل النفخ ، وتغييرات المزاج ، والنزيف غير النظاميه زيادة الوزن. المخدرات تشمل اسماء medroxyprogesterone استأت ، dydrogesterone ، وnorethisterone.
• Antiprogestogens: these drugs create an effect similar to after the menopause.  They can have unpleasant side effects including weight gain, acne, mood changes and the development of masculine features (hair growth and deepening voice).  Drug names include danazol and gestrinone; gestrinone is known to have fewer unpleasant side effects Antiprogestogens : تهيئة هذه الادوية تأثير مماثل الى ما بعد انقطاع الطمث. انها يمكن ان تكون لها اثار جانبية غير سارة بما في زيادة الوزن ، والعد ، وتغييرات المزاج ، وتطوير الميزات الذكوريه (نمو الشعر وتعميق صوت). Danazol تشمل اسماء المخدرات وgestrinone ؛ هو gestrinone المعروف ان عددا اقل من الاثار الجانبية غير سارة
• Combined oral contraceptive pill: Although not officially licensed for the treatment of endometriosis, it can help to relieve symptoms and can be taken indefinitely حبوب منع الحمل : وان لم يكن مرخص لها رسميا لمعاملة endometriosis ، فإنه يمكن ان يساعد في التخفيف من الأعراض ويمكن ان تتخذ غير مسمى
• Gonadotrophin-releasing hormone (GnRH) analogues: this is a group of drugs that create an effect similar to after the menopause.  They often have unpleasant side effects similar to the menopause such as hot flushes, difficulty sleeping, vaginal dryness, low libido, and headaches and reduced bone mineral density (‘thinning' bones).  For this reason they can only be used for relatively short periods of time (6 months). - الافراج عن هرمون gonadotrophin (gnrh) متناظره : هذه هي مجموعة من العقاقير التي تخلق تأثير مماثل الى ما بعد انقطاع الطمث. وكثيرا ما تكون من الاثار الجانبية غير سارة مماثلة لانقطاع الطمث مثل الاحمرار الساخنه ، وصعوبة في النوم ، جفاف المهبل ، وانخفاض الغريزه الجنسيه ، و الصداع وانخفاض كثافه العظام المعدنية (â € ~ التخفيف 'العظام). ولهذا السبب لا يمكن ان تستخدم الا لفترات قصيرة نسبيا من الزمن (6 اشهر). Drug names include buserelin, goserelin, nafarelin, leuprorelin, and triptorelin. المخدرات تشمل اسماء buserelin ، goserelin ، nafarelin ، leuprorelin ، وtriptorelin.

Surgery جراحة

Surgery can be used to remove areas of endometrial tissue and this can help with the symptoms. ويمكن استخدام عملية جراحية لازالة الانسجه مجالات endometrial وهذا يمكن ان يساعد مع اعراض. This kind of surgery will depend on where the tissue is. هذا النوع من الجراحه سيعتمد على النسيج حيث هو. Often it is carried out as ‘keyhole’ surgery during a laparoscopy and may include the use of laser surgery techniques.  This type of surgery is sometimes called ‘conservative’ surgery as it has a smaller impact on your body and the operations are generally minor. وكثيرا ما يتم تنفيذها في ما â € € ™ ~ keyholeâ جراحة خلال laparoscopy ويمكن ان تشمل استخدام تقنيات الجراحه بالليزر. هذا النوع من الجراحه التي تسمى احيانا â € € ™ ~ conservativeâ عملية جراحية لأنها قد تؤثر على أصغر حجما وجسدك عمليات عموما طفيفة.

If other treatments have not worked and if you have decided not to have any more children, then a hysterectomy (removal of the womb) is an option.  Sometimes this includes removal of the ovaries too (Oophorectomy).  Generally, this is considered to be a ‘last resort’ treatment and there is evidence that, even after this operation, endometriosis can come back.  Hysterectomy and Oophorectomy are sometimes called ‘radical’ surgery as they are major operations that will have a significant impact on your body. علاجات اخرى اذا لم تعمل واذا كنت قد قررت عدم الحصول على اي عدد أكبر من الاطفال ، ثم استئصال الرحم (ازالة الرحم) هو خيار. فى بعض الاحيان وهذا يشمل ازالة المبايض جدا (oophorectomy). بصفة عامة ، فان هذا يعتبر كأنه أ ~ â € € ™ resortâ الماضي والعلاج وهناك ما يدل على أنه حتى بعد هذه العملية ، يمكن ان يعود endometriosis. oophorectomy يتم استئصال الرحم والتي تسمى احيانا â € € ™ ~ radicalâ جراحة كما هي من العمليات الرئيسية التي من شأنها ان يكون لها اثر كبير على جسمك.
