Treatment of Febrile convulsions علاج حمى التشنجات

  • Put the child into the recovery position, lying on their side, with their head level or slightly lower than their body. وضع الطفل في استعادة الموقف ، اذ تقع على الجانب ، مع مستوى الرأس او اقل قليلا من الجسم.
  • During a convulsion, loosen clothing especially around the neck, but don’t try to hold them down in any way. خلال تشنج ، وتخفيف الملابس وخصوصا حول الرقبه ، ولكن donâ € ™ ر محاولة لاجراء عنهم بأي شكل من الاشكال.
  • Don’t put anything into the child’s mouth, but remove anything they might swallow such as sick (vomit) or food. Donâ € ™ ر وضع اي شيء في childâ € ™ ق الفم ، ولكن ازالة أي شيء يمكن أن تلتهم مثل المرضى (القيء) أو الغذاء.

Cool the child by cooling the room and loosening the child’s clothing. كوول الطفل من غرفة تبريد وتخفيف فان childâ € ™ ق الملابس. Give regular doses of paracetamol to lower the child’s temperature. اعطاء جرعات منتظمة من باراسيتامول لخفض childâ € ™ ق درجة الحراره. Follow instructions on the packaging or check the dosage with your pharmacist. اتباع التعليمات على العبوة او التحقق من الجرعه مع الصيدلي الخاص بك. Ibuprofen should not be given to children under six months. ايبوبروفين ولا ينبغي ان تعطى للاطفال دون سن ستة أشهر.

In children with a history of febrile convulsions, the child may be referred to a specialist for assessment. في الاطفال التي لها تاريخ في حمى التشنجات ، والطفل يمكن ان يشار اليها متخصص للتقييم. In rare cases, the parents may be given a supply of a drug called diazepam and will be given help and education on how to use this medicine. في حالات نادرة ، ويجوز للوالدين ان يحصل على امدادات من المخدرات ودعا Diazepam انه سيتم منح مساعدة والتعليم على كيفية استخدام هذا الدواء.

Always seek medical help after the first convulsion, and if يسعى دائما الى مساعدة طبية بعد اول تشنج ، واذا

  • the child doesn’t improve after the convulsion, الطفل doesnâ € ™ ر تحسين بعد تشنج ،
  • the seizure lasts longer than 5 minutes, ضبط يدوم أطول من 5 دقائق ،
  • the child has breathing difficulties, or الطفل صعوبات في التنفس ، او
  • another seizure starts soon after the first. آخر يبدأ بعد فترة وجيزة من استيلاء الاولى.

Any seizure for whatever cause should be reported to your GP. اي الاستيلاء عليها ايا كانت القضية ينبغي الابلاغ عنها لطبيبك العمومي.
