There are no specific tests for fibromyalgia and diagnosis can be difficult because of the variation in symptoms from person to person. وليست هناك موارد محددة لfibromyalgia واختبارات التشخيص يمكن ان يكون صعبا نظرا للتباين الاعراض من شخص الى آخر.
Diagnosing fibromyalgia involves a physical examination (particularly of the characteristic sore areas) and a discussion about medical history and current symptoms, including mental health problems such as depression. تشخيص fibromyalgia ينطوي على الفحص البدني (وخاصة من المناطق المميزه لقرحة) والحديث عن التاريخ الطبي والاعراض الحالية ، بما فيها مشاكل الصحة العقليه مثل الاكتئاب.
The GP may suspect fibromyalgia from the symptoms – sore areas of the body, great tiredness and sleep deprivation – if no swelling of the joints or damage to the structure of the body is present. GP فان المشتبه فيه قد fibromyalgia من اعراض â € "قرحة مناطق من الجسم ، وشدة التعب والحرمان من النوم â €" اذا لم يكن هناك تورم المفاصل او الاضرار التي لحقت الهيكل التنظيمي للجهاز الحالي.
Routine laboratory and x-ray testing may be conducted along with a complete medical history and physical examination to rule out those conditions with symptoms similar to fibromyalgia. الروتينيه مختبرات والاشعه السينيه يمكن ان تجرى في اختبار مع كامل التاريخ الطبي والفحص البدني واستبعاد ان هذه الظروف مع بعض الاعراض المشابهة لاعراض fibromyalgia. These include chronic fatigue syndrome, lupus, under-active thyroid, multiple sclerosis, myositis, rheumatoid arthritis, and Sjogren's syndrome. وتشمل هذه متلازمه التعب المزمن ، الذءبه ، وكيل نشط الغده الدرقيه ، والتصلب المتعدد ، myositis ، التهاب المفاصل ، وsjogren تناذر.
