Causes of Floaters اسباب المعومين
The back of the eye is filled with a jelly like substance called the vitreous humour. الجزء الخلفي من العين يملأ مع مضمون مثل هلام يسمى زجاجي الفكاهه. As the vitreous humour gets older, strands of a protein called collagen start to become visible within it. وكما يحصل زجاجي الفكاهه الاكبر سنا ، من سواحل بروتين الكولاجين دعا الى بدء ملامحها داخلها. These strands swirl gently when the eye moves. مسارات هذه الدوامه بلطف عندما تتحرك العين. Rather than being solid blobs, floaters are actually shadows cast on the retina by these pieces of collagen. بدلا من النقط الصلبه ، عوامات فعلا يلقي الظلال على شبكيه العين من قبل هذه قطعة من الكولاجين. This is because light travels through the vitreous in order to reach the retina, so any objects in the vitreous reflect on the retina. وذلك لان الضوء ينتقل عن طريق زجاجي من اجل التوصل الى الشبكيه ، وذلك في اي اجسام زجاجي تنعكس على الشبكيه.
Floaters are linked to the age of the eye and generally affect people over the age of 40. عوامات ترتبط سن العين بصفة عامة وتؤثر على الاشخاص فوق سن 40. They are most common in people in their 60s and 70s. وهي اكثر شيوعا في الناس في الستينيات والسبعينيات. This is when the vitreous humour starts to shrink away from the retina, causing it to thicken and clump together, and leading to floaters. هذا هو عندما يبدأ زجاجي الفكاهه يتعفف بعيدا عن الشبكيه ، مما ادى الى واثخن المجموعة معا ، مما يؤدي الى والعوامات. This is called posterior vitreous detachment (PVD). وهذا ما يسمى مؤخرة المفرزه زجاجي (pvd). The debris left at the site where the vitreous separates from the retina become floaters. الحطام التى تركت فى الموقع حيث زجاجي يفصل من الشبكيه تصبح عوامات.
Sometimes, as the vitreous humour pulls on the retina, it cause tiny blood vessels in the retina to burst and bleed into the vitreous slightly. في بعض الاحيان ، كما زجاجي الفكاهه تأثيرات على الشبكيه ، وهو السبب ضءيله على الاوعيه الدمويه في شبكيه العين وينزف الى انفجار في زجاجي قليلا. Retinal detachment الشبكيه مفرزه
Tears in the retina need to be treated straightaway, because they can lead to retinal detachment. دموع في شبكيه العين على ضرورة ان يعامل فورا ، لانها يمكن ان تؤدي الى فصل الشبكيه. This is when the retina separates from the wall at the back of the eye, leading to sight damage. هذا هو عندما يفصل الشبكيه من الجدار في الجزء الخلفي من العين ، مما يؤدي الى الاضرار البصر. The retina is responsible for changing light into meaningful, electric signals. الشبكيه هي المسءوله عن تغيير في ضوء معنى ، اشارات كهرباءيه. These are sent through the optic nerve to the brain, where the brain translates the signals into the images we see. وهذه هي ترسل عن طريق الاعصاب البصريه الى الدماغ ، حيث يترجم المخ الاشارة الى اننا نرى هذه الصور. If the retina is damaged, the pictures received by the brain become patchy or may be lost completely. اذا كانت قد تعرضت للتلف شبكيه العين ، والصور التي تلقاها الدماغ تصبح مكتمله ، او قد تكون فقدت تماما.
People who are short-sighted, have diabetes, or who have had a cataract operation or an eye injury, are at a higher risk of retinal tears and retinal detachment. من الناس قصيرة النظر ، مصاب بداء السكري ، أو من كان لها عملية الساد او اصابة العين ، ويتعرضون لمخاطر اعلى للدموع والشبكيه الشبكيه مفرزه.
In some cases, floaters can be caused by eye disease or injury that causes inflammation (swelling) inside the eye. وفي بعض الحالات ، يمكن ان تكون العوامات الناجمة عن مرض او اصابة العين الذي يسبب التهاب (تورم) داخل العين.
