Food poisoning التسمم الغذائي
Food poisoning is caused by consuming food or drink that is contaminated with bacteria, parasites or viruses. Food and drink may not appear to be contaminated because the look, taste and smell may not be affected. هو التسمم الغذائي الناجم عن استهلاك الاغذيه او المشروبات الملوثه وهذا هو البكتيريا ، والفيروسات او الطفيليات. الطعام والشراب قد لا يبدو انها ملوثة بسبب النظرة ، والذوق والراءحه لا يجوز ان تتأثر.
Most food poisoning is caused by bacteria that multiply rapidly. Some bacteria can grow from one to millions given the right conditions: moisture, food, warmth and time. Illness is more likely the more bacteria that are present. اكثر التسمم الغذائي التى تسببها البكتيريا هي ان تتضاعف بسرعة. بعض البكتيريا يمكن ان تنمو من واحدة الى الملايين في ظل توافر الظروف الصحيحه : رطوبه ، والغذاء ، والدفء والوقت. المرض على الارجح الاكثر البكتريا الموجودة.
It is estimated that up to 4.5 million people in the UK suffer from food poisoning each year, but only a small minority consult a doctor and less than 100,000 cases a year are tested for an exact cause. ومن المقدر ان يصل الى 4،5 مليون شخص في بريطانيا يعانون من التسمم الغذائي كل سنة ، ولكن اقلية صغيرة فقط استشارة الطبيب ، وأقل من 100000 حالة في السنة لاختبار دقيق القضية.
Food poisoning usually lasts 1-3 days, but can continue for up to a week depending on the type and severity of the infection. A full recovery is usually made within a week of infection. التسمم الغذائي وعادة ما تستغرق 1-3 أيام ، ولكن يمكن ان تستمر لمدة تصل الى اسبوع تبعا لنوع وشدة الاصابة. انتعاش كامل يجري عادة في غضون اسبوع واحد للعدوى.
