Treatment of Fungal nail infection العلاج من الاصابة الاظافر الفطريه

It is not always necessary to treat fungal nail infections, especially if the infection is mild or there are no symptoms. انها ليست ضروريه دائما لعلاج الاصابات الفطريه الاظافر ، وخاصة اذا كانت الاصابة خفيفة او عدم وجود اي اعراض للمرض. However, infections can worsen or spread to other nails, so it is worth removing them if possible, especially if they are unsightly or painful. ومع ذلك ، يمكنها ان تزيد من حالات الاصابة تمتد الى دول اخرى او المسامير ، ولذلك يجدر ازالتها اذا امكن ، خصوصا اذا كانت مؤلمة او unsightly.

The most common treatments are amorolfine nail lacquer, tioconazole nail solution, salicylic acid paint, and undecenoates paint. الاكثر شيوعا هي العلاج amorolfine طلاء الاظافر ، الأظافر tioconazole الحل ، حمض الصفصاف الطلاء ، وundecenoates الطلاء. If toenails are infected, make sure you wear properly fitted shoes and try to prevent feet getting hot and sweaty. اذا كانت اظافر اصابع الاقدام المصابين ، تأكد من الملابس والاحذيه وحمل على الوجه الصحيح في محاولة للحيلولة دون اقدام الحصول على الساخن ومتعرق. Wearing clean cotton socks will protect the feet from fungi living in your shoes. ارتداء الجوارب القطنيه النظيفه تحمي القدمين من الفطريات التي تعيش في الاحذيه الخاصة بك.

Cure rates for initial treatment of fungal nail infections are around 80%. معدلات الشفاء من أجل العلاج الاولي للمسمار الاصابات الفطريه حوالي 80 ٪. If they fail, either an alternative drug can be tried, or the nail might be removed. اذا فشلت ، اما بديل المخدرات يمكن ان يحاكم ، أو الظفر قد تكون ازالتها.
